Insight Density
The episode is a paid promotional interview (the disclaimer explicitly states guests may have paid for distribution) that functions as an investor-relations advertisement, not an educational resource. A few technical mining terms appear (VMS zones, bankable reserves, 43-101) but they are name-dropped without meaningful explanation, and there is no actionable learning for any B2B operator category.
we're really in stage one of 11 stages. And then at the end we'll trade, you know, either on the Texas Stock Exchange, um, or maybe the American Stock Exchange or the New York Stock Exchange
Lots of upside. Take a look at it. Do your own due diligence evli and check out that website southamericancopper.com
Originality
There is zero original thinking, no contrarian argument, and no framework of any kind. The episode is entirely a forward-looking promotional narrative for a micro-cap OTC stock, recycling the standard 'shovel-ready project with massive upside' pitch heard in every junior mining promotion.
So it's um, it's an exciting project. It makes a lot of sense
I mean we're really a shovel ready project and we're probably one of only a handful on the planet
Guest Caliber
Brent Nelson claims 30-plus years of mining experience and holds an executive role, but the context is a paid promotional spot for a sub-penny OTC shell company that has not yet produced revenue, and the disclosure confirms guests may have paid for airtime, which severely undermines credibility as an independent practitioner.
You have over 30 years plus mining experience, uh, which I find fascinating

Specificity & Evidence
A handful of concrete numbers exist (420 square kilometres, 170-thousand-plus ounces of gold, over a million ounces of silver in one lens, 2000 grams per ton bonanza grade, a 40-hole drill programme), but these are unaudited promotional claims from an interested party with no third-party corroboration offered in the transcript, limiting their evidentiary value.
we have several hundred million pounds of copper. We have a hundred and something, 170something thousand ounces of gold, and we have over a million ounces of silver just in the one lens
in one of our trenches we have like a uh, five. Uh, I think it's five meters by five meters that the, the average. It's a bonanza grade, which works out uh, to be about 2000 grams a ton
Conversational Craft
The host asks exclusively soft, leading, or confirmatory questions and even makes bullish price predictions about the metals while nominally disclaiming investment advice; there is no pushback, no probing follow-up, and no challenge to any claim throughout the entire interview.
not investment advice, but if you're actually following the markets it's. They're not going to stop where they are right now. They're going to, they're going to continue to run
Lots of upside. Take a look at it. Do your own due diligence evli

Speaker A: This is Small Cap Stocks Today, your best source for information on small cap stocks coast to coast with your host, Dave Donlin. Now from the Stock Investor Daily studios, here is Dave Donlin.
Speaker B: And welcome to another edition of Small Cap Stocks Today. I'm Dave Donlin and today we are talking about an emerging growth company on the otc which is. Which is ever Alert Inc. Ticker symbol Evli Everlert recently adopted the legal name of American Gold and Copper Inc. The company is focused on the acquisition, evaluation, development and advancement of strategic copper, gold, silver and related mineral resource opportunities. Following the recent completed reverse merger transaction. The company's initial operating focus is the continued technical evaluation and advancement of, of the Asuncion de Guareos Copper Gold silver project in Eastern Bolivia through its wholly owned subsidiaries American Copper and Gold Inc. South American Copper Limited and minorassic SA srl. Joining me today is our special guest, Brent Nelson, Executive chairman and president of uh, South American Copper Limited and director of American Gold and Copper.
Speaker C: Brent, thank you so much for joining us today. I guess the first question I'm curious about you have South American Copper you have ever learned. Why do this merger between both companies.
Speaker D: Um, well, nice to be here Dave. And uh, why, why ever? Probably because the, the structure was okay for what we were looking to do. What we're looking to do is um, trade the company shares on a, on a public exchange. We looked at some other ways to do it and you know, starting at uh, pennies a share and then uh, 11 steps to an up list is um, okay with us. We've worked on other projects doing it the same way and uh, it's all been successful. So now what we're going to do is we're really in stage one of 11 stages. And then at the end we'll trade, you know, either on the Texas Stock Exchange, um, or maybe the American Stock Exchange or the New York Stock Exchange.
Speaker C: That's great. And obviously that stuff is coming. Blockchain trading 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All that stuff is coming for investors to keep an eye out on. Uh, you have over 30 years plus mining experience, uh, which I find fascinating. You've been in that space. I know you're in other spaces as well. Very well, uh, experienced and well read in a lot of different areas. Tell our listeners as far as Evli merger. Tell our listeners about the property. So this particular merger.
Speaker D: Well, the property is down in South America. We have approximately 420 square kilometers. So um, of land. So in a, in a Canadian or an American play If you want to call it a play, you know what you would have is you'd have a major or uh, a bunch of miners, um, as far as small miners. And you might have 100 different miners in one area like this. And then so we have a 35 miles uh, strike to the north, uh, east. And so our, our property is the whole play. So we, because we hm. Have the entire concessions on the 420km, nobody else is around us. So what we're doing is um, we're applying for our 30 year mining license as we speak. Um, we did it before COVID as well, but Covid, everything went stale because everything shut down for a couple of years. And so we're reapproaching uh, the 30 year mining license so we can get going on this thing.
Speaker C: That's great. Obviously when we're talking about uh, these particular precious metals, gold, silver, copper, they're all hitting their record highs right now. And not investment advice, but if you're actually following the markets it's. They're not going to stop where they are right now. They're going to, they're going to continue to run. Again, not, not investor advice, do your own homework. But you also have some rare earth minerals that are part of the property as well. Ah, Brent, um, it seems like the company, American Gold and Copper, uh, through this merger, you're uniquely positioned right now. What's the next step forward for you guys?
Speaker D: Well, the next step forward is, you know, we had a 43101 done a few years ago and it was just am in the last week or two. But what we're going to do is we're, we're going to increase our bankable reserve. You know, we have reserves already that are, they call them historical reserves. So what that means is that we need more drill holes in a lens. Um, we have a VMS zone which is vulcanized massive sulfide. So what they do um, is occur in lenses, but the lenses occur in clusters. So if you start with one lens, you know, kind of like HUD Bay Mining up uh, in Flintlon, Manitoba, you know, they started with one, they're up to 19. So we have three defined lenses. We have a bunch of drill holes in one of the lens. So our reserves are really based on one lens. We have two other lenses in the same zone. We own the surface rights to cover those three zones. Okay. Up to the northeast of the, of the project there are we, we believe 11 more anomalies which we think are going to turn out to be lenses. So what we're going to do is we're going to put um, a bunch of drill holes in a bunch of these lenses. Uh, I think the magic number is 6 per lens to, you know, get a bankable reserve out of it. Sometimes you need more. We're going to twin some old holes that had some very good results. And I think that uh, we'll find, you know, that this, you know, our QP thinks it's an 80 to 100 year mining project. So the three lenses that we have now works out to be about a 7 to 10 year mining project. And you know, if we expand after that or if we get taken out by a major, you know, it'll be uh, a much larger project.
Speaker C: Now when you're talking about lenses, um, are you talking about mining properties?
Speaker D: So 300 million years ago, this ground was the bottom of the sea, uh, and vulcanized massive sulfide. What happens is the material comes up through the, the floor of the sea and near the center where it comes out, you get your gold and copper numbers. As it spreads out, you get your silver, lead, zinc, and so um, each lens has gold and copper, silver, lead, zinc. So uh, you know, as you go away from the lens, the cooler it was, the different metals precipitate out of that and that's how you get a mind. So each lens is a mine in itself. Uh, okay, so to give you an idea, we have several hundred million pounds of copper. We have a hundred and something, 170something thousand ounces of gold, and we have over a million ounces of silver just in the one lens. So we have three lenses. So I don't want to say multiply by three, but uh, we think that by drilling a bunch of holes in the property in the right spots, we can increase our, our reserves to a very big number.
Speaker C: Okay. And I believe, correct me if I'm wrong, that you've made a comment in the past, uh, recently saying, uh, as an example, the copper is pretty much shovel ready. Is that correct?
Speaker D: Yeah, I mean, you know, we got our environmental permission that uh, took several years. You know, it's a 1500 page submission. You know, once we push the button, we can go in and start test mining right away, within a couple of weeks. You know, there's, there's no real ramp time. You don't have to wait for permits and everything else because you know, all we have to do is the test mining can, can get us started until we start, uh, and set up the, the bigger mining operation, uh, you know, and the heat bleaching operation and whatnot. So the, the good news about this property is the top 40 meters is, is oxide gold. So there's lots of gold in the top 40 meters. Um, in one of our trenches we have like a uh, five. Uh, I think it's five meters by five meters that the, the average. It's a bonanza grade, which works out uh, to be about 2000 grams a ton. So that's, that's a bunch. The five meters beside that is 1300 grams a ton. The five meters to the other side is 1700 grams per ton. Not meters per ton, but grams uh, per ton. So it's got some bonanza grades on the property. We're going to start with the low hanging fruit and then you know, we'll get into the heat leaching and uh, go from there.
Speaker C: It sounds like there's a great um, project here. Um, has a lot of upside, a lot of potential as far as other projects go. Brent, ah, are you looking at any other acquisitions at this time?
Speaker D: Well, we're all, we've already got our, our, our arms around two other acquisitions. One is a big copper project in Nevada. The other one is a nickel project in Oregon. So we're not going to be just a uh, you know, one trick pony. We'll have at least three projects going forward and those should be in the company, I would think over the next few months. We're working on the due diligence now and getting all our parts and pieces. But they, those are the best we've looked at probably 15 or 20 projects and those two are probably the best acquisition targets to start. And then as we go, um, you know, and we're, we'll be on an acquisition trail to maybe find maybe two more. Okay.
Speaker C: The, the company already has a mining plan in place, place, correct me if I'm wrong. And you, you have holes drilled right now. I mean, do you anticipate, uh, maybe sometime in 2026 being actually able to mine copper, gold, silver, any of those?
Speaker D: Uh, the answer is yes. By the end of the year we could definitely be in at least gold production. Um, copper production. There is some copper to the surface, but uh, you know the, the project in South America we can really start working on straight away. So you know, even as we uh, prepare for the drill, um, you know, the drill project, which is 40 holes, it's already been designed. We can all already get the the land ready for like the heat leaching pad and the um, you know, the, the mounds and the excavation, um, to, to get everything done and the clearing and some clearing. So it's um, it's an exciting project. It makes a lot of sense.
Speaker C: Absolutely. The new name is American Copper and Gold Ink. Uh, you could find it under the ticker symbol EVLI of course. Our guest here is Brett Nelson, the executive chairman and president of South American Copper Limited and Director of American Gold and Copper. Now if people went over to The South American Copper.com site don't they'll find more information, correct?
Speaker D: Right. They're preparing the new site now and I'm not sure if it'll be up. Uh, it should be in the next couple of weeks I think. And then the new site will have all the information from South American Copper and um, maybe by then we'll be announcing another acquisition. We'll see how that goes and that'll go up on the, on the new site as well.
Speaker C: Awesome. Uh, fingers crossed on that acquisition. Uh, anything else you would like to add as part of this particular interview? Any, any information you'd like to get out there or maybe focus on that we didn't touch base on for potential investors maybe listening to us right now.
Speaker D: Well I think, I think after we do this uh, the 40 hole drill program which should be you know hopefully starting in the next uh, month or two months depending on uh, how long it takes to get financed and gets to uh, get the uh, drill company on site. Um, once that happens we'll be putting out results uh probably on a weekly basis so it won't be any time. We should have some very good news. We already know that a lot of the ground is running like I said before, at Bonanza grades. Uh, the copper is very rich in certain uh, areas of the property. So I think at uh, at the end of the day we're you know it's a mining success. I mean we're really a shovel ready project and we're probably one of only a handful on the planet.
Speaker C: Lots of upside. Take a look at it. Do your own due diligence evli and check out that website southamericancopper.com for right now. Brent Nelson, thank you so much for joining us today.
Speaker D: Okay, uh, Dave, thanks very much for having us.
Speaker B: And once again I want to thank Brent Nelson, Executive Chairman and President of South American Copper Limited and Director of American Gold and Copper. Don't forget the company's ticker symbol is EVLI for Ever Alert Inc. The company obviously recently adopted the legal name of American Gold and Copper Inc. As we discussed. And the website southamericancopper.com check them out. For more information. Appreciate you listening. Stay tuned for more upcoming editions of Small Cap Stocks Today.
