After eight years building POP as a nutrition coaching business focused on whole-person behavioral and lifestyle approaches, the founder is officially announcing that Fueled - led by functional nutrition coach Jillian Harbor - is taking over the business. Both founders share a philosophy rooted in their personal health journeys with Hashimoto's diagnosis (both diagnosed around 2021) and have been quietly integrating teams since late 2024. The merger brings together POP's strength in mindset-based nutrition coaching with Fueled's functional lab testing (GI-MAP, blood panels), creating a unified model that combines data-driven diagnostics, therapeutic nutrition protocols, strength training programming, and ongoing behavioral coaching. Rather than the supplement-focused approach common in functional medicine, this integrated model emphasizes nervous system regulation, boundary-setting, and understanding the whole person - including stress levels, family dynamics, and emotional patterns - to identify root causes. Coaches like Laser and Ashley have already transitioned to Fueled, and J.K. contributes program design. This acquisition represents a strategic shift away from the founder's recent focus on business coaching toward a unified company that addresses gaps in the market where functional practitioners often lack strength training expertise, and fitness coaches lack functional lab literacy.
POP is being acquired by Fueled, led by Jillian Harbor. The merged company integrates functional lab testing (GI-MAP, blood panels), therapeutic nutrition protocols, strength training programming, and behavioral coaching - addressing a gap where most functional practitioners don't program strength training and most fitness coaches don't use functional diagnostics.
After eight years building POP while also launching a business coaching practice around 2024-2025, the founder realized he couldn't serve both audiences well without half-assing one. He transitioned fully to business coaching and mentorship, and once he felt confident in those systems and frameworks, he was ready to let go of POP as a safety net.
Fueled uses a minimum effective dose supplement approach where supplements are truly supplemental, not the main driver. Protocols prioritize understanding the whole person - stress, boundaries, nervous system state, emotional regulation patterns - paired with lab data, rather than just matching symptoms to supplements.
Fueled emphasizes weekly touchpoints and ongoing protocol adjustment based on how clients react emotionally and behaviorally to life events, rather than the typical functional medicine model of delivering a protocol and following up in 12 weeks.
Integration has been happening since fall 2024, with coaches like Laser and Ashley already transitioned to Fueled. The official announcement of the acquisition was made June 19, 2026, and the founder will remain in a supporting role.

The episode is almost entirely a business-transition announcement combined with generic wellness coaching philosophy. The few minutes spent on substantive topics (functional labs, nervous system regulation, supplement overuse) are standard functional medicine talking points with no novel density for a sophisticated operator.
whole person health is, is coming back to yourself, right? Like, how do you live your life? How do you show up for yourself?
strength training and building muscle is obviously the biggest health lever you can pull
Every framework offered - root cause approach, whole-person health, minimum effective dose, sustainability over quick fixes - is standard functional wellness coaching vocabulary recycled without a fresh angle. There is no contrarian or first-principles thinking anywhere in the episode.
people think it's very plug and play. People think it's very much like...thyroid low. Oh, let's add anti thyroid supplement
I think a lot of people talk about a root cause approach and I don't think that there are many companies and businesses out there that actually apply it
Both speakers are genuine practitioners who built real (if modest-scale) businesses in nutrition coaching, which gives some credibility, but the episode functions as a co-promotional sales call rather than a knowledge transfer, and neither speaker demonstrates executive-level or at-scale operational depth.
I was slinging 12 week coaching packages for like $150. Not sustainable
I started at 75amonth. That was uh, my, my opening price point when I first started coaching
There are a handful of concrete figures (TSH 10, antibodies 250, insulin from 20 to 7, $700 discount, $150 package price, 12 - 18 month program length, 80% female client base), but they are scattered personal anecdotes rather than systematic business or clinical evidence, and client examples remain largely anonymous and vague.
my insulin went from 20 to 7, my glucose is normal. Now I'm off my blood pressure medication, my levothyroxine dose came down
why is my TSH10 and my antibodies like 2:50
The host's questions are broad and biographical ('What's your backstory?'), there is zero pushback or challenge to any claim, and the entire conversation operates as a mutual endorsement session building to an explicit sales pitch with a discount code. No productive tension exists anywhere in the 40 minutes.
What's, what's your backstory in starting why you started your business and the evolution for you?
I think that it is very mission aligned. Uh, I think that we share a lot of the same, you know, philosophies and like, values

Speaker A: What is going on, everyone? It has been a little bit of a hiatus and a break, but I am back with a major announcement. So normally I would do my little intro sometimes, share testimonial. Uh, if you are an OG listener, you knew I had my signature opening calling and, uh, you know, would do a little context to generate some interest in the episode. But this one really needs no introduction. I have an exciting announcement. This is very, uh, near and dear to my heart because POP has been my baby for the past eight years. And it was something that I started and named after my grandfather, who had an amazing impact on my life and somebody that I wanted to pay respect to because of the impact that he's had on the world. And the Pop tradition will carry on. And I've already said too much. I'm just going to let you hear for yourself the major announcement that we have today. All right. I am here with a very special guest, with a very special announcement. We've been hinting at this long time. Jillian, I don't even know how to pronounce your last name. Harbor.
Speaker B: It's Harbor. Chuck, we'll do this forever.
Speaker A: I've got. I feel like we've, uh, had this exact conversation, and I still can't get it right.
Speaker B: Yeah, it's like deja vu.
Speaker A: Yeah. So welcome.
Speaker B: Thanks. I'm excited. Today's the day.
Speaker A: You think anybody knows what we're going to announce?
Speaker B: I don't think anyone has any clue, actually.
Speaker A: We're so good at keeping secrets, nobody has any idea. But as of today, June 19, 2026, we are officially announcing. Well, first, let's start with a little backstory. This is the next great. We lead with the climax and we back out real quick. And now. Yeah, the backstory. Tell me.
Speaker B: Listen, content girl, I love a good blue balling session.
Speaker A: So let's start with my journey from being an orthorexic body dysmorphic man who couldn't figure out his own shit and then somehow got it together somewhat started my own nutrition coaching business called Peak Optimization Performance, or POP for short. And then scaled very quickly. We had, like, a crazy influx of new clients very early on. And then I hired a big team and was like, fully.
Speaker B: What year did you start this?
Speaker A: 2018. Uh, business anniversary is August 1st, so we are about to hit eight years. And, yeah, had an amazing team of coaches. Um, I've had coaches who have come to me leave, start their own businesses, which is crazy to see, like, that whole effect happen multiple times. And I felt like what Pop did really well was we kind of took like a whole person approach where without actually being like deep in the functional space like you are. So it was more like understanding people's behavioral challenges and mindset challenges and understanding them as like people and their lifestyle and their family dynamics. And we would go in thoroughly looking at like work schedules and how they like to celebrate things with their family and like, you know, pizza nights and all that stuff and take all that into consideration. Then we had a, you know, a great approach that I felt like was very balanced on nutrition and training. Nothing extreme, just like practical, consistent. And we got some amazing results over the years. And I uh, feel like I didn't start to explore functional nutrition until I had my own thyroid issues. And at this point it was probably like 2021 that I was officially diagnosed with Hashimoto's and have been learning a lot about what that means for me.
Speaker B: Same that was the year of Hashi's I guess.
Speaker A: Oh, really Nice.
Speaker B: Yeah.
Speaker A: Yeah. So that was like looking at my blood work being like what the hell? Why is m. My, why is my TSH10 and my antibodies like 2:50 and had no idea what that meant and went down some like you know, gut testing and different elimination protocols and tried all the things and you know, it was a little bit of a weird situation because I didn't, I didn't have any of the normal symptoms of like crazy low energy and nothing like that. There was like some subtle signs but none of the overt signs that you typically see. Um, anyway, that got me more interested in functional nutrition and root cause approach. And then um, our paths crossed in probably around that same time, right? 2021 maybe.
Speaker B: Mhm. Yeah. That was when I first like I had been coaching for a while and that was when I was like, all right, I should probably take this more seriously and like hire, um, hire like a business coach. And I was like, I don't know what I'm doing. I think I was slinging 12 week coaching packages for like $150. Not sustainable.
Speaker A: I started at 75amonth. That was uh, my, my opening price point when I first started coaching and then 1:50amonth and thought I was like oh my God, this is crazy. People are actually. Hell yeah. Uh, so fast forward to really around like 2024 was when I started doing more like business coaching and consulting for other coaches who wanted to know how I grew my business and all that stuff and uh, fully went like all in on the business coaching really 2025 I'd been doing it and Juggling both for a little bit, that was tough. It was really difficult speaking to multiple audiences and trying to talk to coaches, but then also trying to talk to clients. And, um, I had been like, deep down, I Knew probably since 2024 that it wasn't sustainable to do both the way that I wanted to. Cause I don't like to half ass anything, so. And I.
Speaker B: We can't go all in on all of that.
Speaker A: Yeah, it was tough. So, um, so we've been talking for a little while. What's, what's your backstory in starting why you started your business and the evolution for you?
Speaker B: Yeah. So, um, I got into bodybuilding immediately postpartum, um, back in 2013, and it was really just a whole new world. And I was like, all right, I gotta get my. I gotta find my, like, mom bod now, right? I was like, postpartum, I gained 65 pounds. I'm like, what the hell am I doing? I don't even know what it's like to be in shape. Coming from someone who had been an athlete all through high school, college and everything. And that was obviously a journey in and of itself. Probably not the best entry into the health and fitness space, but a lot of people, I think, come from that somehow. Um, and then fast forward to, yeah, post Covid, uh, hormone dysfunction, ramping up a business, working around the clock, not eating, not taking care of myself like I used to, and was diagnosed with Hashimoto's low, uh, cortisol, pcos, had all kinds of gut issues. And same thing that was, um, just years and years and years of going to the doctor and saying, like, I have all these thyroid symptoms. Are you sure something's not wrong? And functional was very validating for me. And it's, it's interesting, the psychological component that comes into that, but that's a whole nother conversation. But, um, yeah, I was like, wow, there's so many people that probably struggle with that, uh, same experience. And I really want to not only help those people, but educate people on, like, how to read and understand their body on a deeper level and really achieve, you know, to pop's mission, like, balance in your life and how to actually live a healthy lifestyle, but also taking that data a step further and saying, like, what's actually going on? And I think the validation that comes from functional labs is, is a huge component, I think, of the success of our clients. Um, so, yeah, that was. I, I addressed my own thing with my own protocols, lost 32 pounds again, and really got in the best shape of my life, but, like, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, like, everything. It really was such a. An evolution of health and, um, business wise. Back in 2021, when you were one of my first, like, business mentors, obviously through other programs and things. But it was funny. It was kind of like a bob and weave for us. Like, we would, like, cross paths, work together, and then it was like life would happen and then be like, oh, here's another thing. And it just kept happening. And I think once you stepped into the business coaching space, I was like, all right, he's not gonna run. He's not gonna run Pop forever. Like, I know there's gonna be an end date. And, um, I kept telling Mike, I'm like, just give me Pop whenever the day comes, just to keep me top of mind. Like, I can take it over. Um, so it's funny, I've been like, putting a bug in your ear, I think, since 2024.
Speaker A: Probably it's been a while. And I've been stubborn and probably should have done it back then. But I always think that those things happen when they're supposed to because I do feel like, you know, while, yes, like, a lot of my time and energy has been in the business side of things and business coaching and mentorship, uh, I wasn't ready to let go fully. And I think that it has allowed me number one. I think it really was helpful to see things through both lenses. To, like, having, uh, you know, one of the only business coaches who was still in the trenches with a nutrition coaching business, I think separated me. Um, um, and I also think that I needed to have certain things in place on the business side before I felt like I was ready to cut the rope. And like, I think I've finally gotten there to that point where I was like, okay, now I, now I feel so aligned and so confident in what I'm doing on the business side of things that I can let go of this, like, safety net that I had over here. Uh, so I think the timing was right. So, um, um, we'll just come out and say it. If you, if you haven't gathered by now by all the very obvious clues, uh, we are joining forces to sell Peptides now. Jillian and Fueled is taking over Pop officially. And, uh, I think that it is very mission aligned. Uh, I think that we share a lot of the same, you know, philosophies and like, values when it comes to how we serve our clients and the results that we get. And, um, and I know that pop will be in the best of Hands and I will be staying on in, uh, what type of a role? Some kind of a role.
Speaker B: This. We're just rolling with it. Um, that's the really funny thing about, I think, our relationship. Um, it's very. Just like, go with the flow. If we talk and we're on the same page in a conversation, we're like, cool. Make it happen. If it doesn't, we're like, probably not. And then we just don't talk about it again. Um, but, yeah, I don't know. I don't know that we 100 know what we're doing. I think we just knew that this was kind of like what the end game was going to be. Um, so, yeah, Mike will be helping, obviously, making sure that we blend everything together effectively. And, um, yeah, just continue to serve as many people as we can in the best capacity that we can. And some of Mike's team has come over to the fuel team already. If you're, uh, listening to this and you're one of our clients and you work with Coach Laser, Coach Ashley, uh, you know, they were kind of my. The big signs that I knew how aligned we were, because seeing them come in and, you know, training them in fueled and ramping them up on our systems and processes and the way that we coach, it. It didn't take a whole lot because they were really just. I realistically could have, like, been like, hey, here's your. Your email and your password login for these things, like, go coach these people. And it. It wouldn't have been any different than what they're doing, which I think is really cool. Um, so, yeah, it's just been a really cool, um, integration that's been happening since probably, like, last fall. And yeah, it's. We finally, like, all right, like, let's. Let's lock it up and do this. And, um, yeah, I think it's going to be really cool.
Speaker A: Yeah, agreed. And of course, you have J.K. writing some programs.
Speaker B: Oh, my gosh. I left J.K. out. He's so quiet. He's like a. A ninja behind the scenes. He really is, um, stealing the show. And he's. He's been so supportive of the coaches. And I think that's what's really cool is that it's just been this ecosystem that has, like, built up over time of all of these different resources under one roof. And, like, that's the point, really, of. Of whole person health. Right. So, um, it's really cool to have this whole team and, um, just knowing that what we've done already in these last couple of years has been so impactful. But just two, two brains doing the same thing and walking in the same direction, uh, for the same company and mission. I think, um, obviously it's going to be really awesome.
Speaker A: Yeah. And I love, like, from a process perspective, I very much respect and appreciate what you guys do. Because I wish that when I started my whole fitness journey that there was somebody who explained to me more of like, what's going on in my body and why looking at labs is so important and gut health is so important because those were topics that I just felt like they don't apply to me because I was fit. And that was like always my mindset was like, oh, that's like, yeah, people who are broken. It's not for me, you know, and it was a terrible mindset to have. It is like, because physically I look the part and I was like muscular and lean. It's like, oh, I must be healthy because I like, I look healthy. But so it was really a wake up call to then actually have labs to show like, actually you're kind of jacked up too. You should probably have looked at this a lot sooner because there was some stuff that I could have done differently and just the way that I was taking care of myself and, uh, it really opened my eyes. And I used to think, you know, that like, going down that path was, was like more of a nice to have. And now I've come full circle on it. It really is a need to have. It really is the starting point of like, let's understand like, what systems are driving what symptoms in the body so that we can really get to the root cause. And I think a lot of people talk about a root cause approach and I don't think that there are many companies and businesses out there that actually apply it the way that you do in such a systematic way and make it feel approachable because it can feel very overwhelming. And I think you do a good, good job of simplifying and making it feel approachable to just like the everyday person who wants to look better, feel better and be healthy.
Speaker B: Yeah, I think, um, it's interesting I kept finding myself in this position of like, man, I really wish I could get a gi. Um map on this client. Or I really wish I had just run her, her blood panel in the beginning to know this. Right? Because nothing sucks more than getting to a fat loss phase and then hearing, oh, shit, here's this red flag that I'm seeing now. Let's go back to maintenance and run your Labs and do a GI protocol and fix this and then we can come back to fat loss. And people are like, what the fuck do you mean? Like, I just spent all this time in this build phase. And you know, at the end of the day, of course, the, the, the daily habits and inputs and nutrition, um, choices that you make are what ultimately drive you to a place of dysfunction. But having that data and that validation on all the puzzle pieces put together again, that big psychological component really helps you think, all right, there's a reason behind this. I'm not just willy nilly delaying a fat loss phase or eating this type of food or taking this supplement. Like, it's very strategic. And um, one of the things that I think really doesn't exist in the space beyond Fueled is there are so many naturopathic functional type of practices where they don't really, they don't strength train and program for you, they don't customize those things for you. They'll give you very generic nutrition protocols. But there was always a piece missing. And that was really what I was determined to build and have obviously built up to this point with Fueled is that we're going to use the functional labs, but we're still going to do the identity piece and the behavior piece. But the nutrition still needs to be very targeted and therapeutic during these healing phases. But then also flexible and fun and tacos and margaritas and all the things. Um, and then strength training and building muscle is obviously the biggest health lever you can pull. And it's almost frustrating to see have people come to me and say, I went through the SIBO protocol, this autoimmune protocol, and they haven't picked up a dumbbell ever in their life. And I'm like, man, this is like, what a wasted opportunity to like not speed up your healing. So that was really my, my goal and my mission. And what I think, um, just isn't done well in the space and I think is undervalued in my opinion.
Speaker A: Yeah, I, and to piggyback off that, I also think that at least in my experience, when I started to explore more of that functional path, it was very supplement focused. It was like, yeah, well, you have thyroid issues, so we're just gonna throw this like stack at you. You're gonna take like selenium and zinc and XYZ supplements and, and like go on about your business like, because I knew better, I'm like, that can't be the solution. I know that supplements are not going to fix Hashimoto. So like, it felt to Me that that functional side was just what products could we push on to you? And not to say that supplements don't have a time and a place, but that should not be the main driver of what we're looking at when it comes to functional. Like, where. Where do you see that fitting in?
Speaker B: Well, you know, it's so interesting, honestly. I was reviewing, you know, I review all of the case studies and protocols internally, and. And Liz actually had a client very recently where she came in and, you know, she had all these, like, health concerns, right? Of course, there's always physicals, but then there's, I don't feel good or I'm bloated all the time or whatever it is. And, um, the message from the client was really cool because we're very minimum effective dose, right? Where supplements are great and they're supplemental, right, to whatever we're doing. Um, but we really try to keep it simple in that regard. And this client was almost a little bit confused by the protocol that was built out by Liz because she's like, this is it. Like, are you sure? So she went through it. She trusted the process. You know, her and Liz talked it through, and a couple months in, she was like, hey, I just realized this whole list of symptoms that she named off, I don't have them anymore. And Liz's big part of that protocol was like, nervous system and slowing down and recovery and regulation. She was like, how did you know that that was all that I needed? And I think that's the really cool thing about it is, like, people don't understand. People will come to me all the time, like, will you write me a protocol? But the part where we get to know the client and we see how do they react when they weigh in on Tuesday mornings, How do they act when they got thrown a curveball and somebody invited them out to dinner on Friday night and they weren't expecting it, you know, now they're not eating within their macros or whatever it is. So just seeing the emotional regulation or lack thereof in a client, combined with your symptoms and your history and the data that's on the labs, that's really. That decision tree is massive. Right? The fall of this data, and I think, um, people think it's very plug and play. People think it's very much like. Like you said, thyroid low. Oh, let's add anti thyroid supplement. Oh, you have this gut problem. So add in this probiotic, and I'm like, man, there's so much more that goes into that. And I think. I think that's what's missing, I think whole person health is, is coming back to yourself, right? Like, how do you live your life? How do you show up for yourself? What are your standards that you live, you live by? Um, what, what will you tolerate in your life? Right? Like, I won't tolerate people. We were talking about this earlier, like people, uh, abusing my boundaries. I have boundaries in place. I have no problem setting them and telling people no. Right. And that was, um. It sounds so silly, but such a big part of my healing journey was not overextending myself and sacrificing health to make someone else happy in the moment. And um, it's just those little things that I don't even, you know, we normalize things our whole lives and I don't think people realize how much we are actually psychologically like extracting through this process. And I also don't know another company who does functional testing and all that we do and has as regular of touch points. Like if you've ever seen a naturopath or a functional doctor, they're like, here's your supplement protocol. Cut out gluten and dairy. I'll see you in 12 weeks. Right. Like, what do you do with that? Um, the person behind all of those symptoms is. They're, they're missing that piece. So, um, it's just been, it's been cool to learn that too. Of like, there are a lot of rabbit holes I could go down as a practitioner, but at the end of the day I'm like, who is standing in front of me? What does this person actually need to like, live a better quality of life? Um, that's it. Like, the labs and the data are so cool, but it's really supporting that at the end of the day.
Speaker A: Yeah, I think you have to look at that week to week, you know, all those variables that come into play for the individual. I just like, I think about it for myself is on paper without, you know, even if you took in the blood work that showed, you know, anybody reading that could see thyroid issue. But what I was actually doing on a week to week basis was like, I was eating my protein, I was lifting weights, I was getting my steps in, I was drinking my water, I was eating, quote, unquote, clean. Like there, there weren't any red flags in the, in the process. So it would have taken somebody to actually know the stress that I was under and to know that, you know, I was putting a lot of pressure on myself at that time. And there was, you know, like, stuff personally that was happening that was definitely, I'm sure, causing more chronic stress buildup and all that stuff. Like, nobody would be able to figure that out just by looking at, you know, the, the action or to do list that I was checking off from, you know, health and fitness perspective is all that looked fine on paper. And even if you look at the blood work, you're like, oh, there must be some, you know, thyroid issues here. Then like I said, it was just, here are the supplements. And to your point, a lot of times it's follow back up in three months, which makes no sense because you're learning like, where. What is the root cause that's. That's causing. Why is this? Why is there dysfunction if everything looks normal from like an action perspective? I'm doing all the quote unquote healthy things. So, um, I agree. I think it was, it was important for me to know that our clients and our future clients were going to be going through a process that did look at the whole person and understood like their life dynamic and their personality and, you know, what makes them tick and all the different variables that you look at and consider to really build like an actual protocol that makes sense for the person. And I used to say this all the time with Pop, and I think it still holds true is people would always tell me, like, like, what's the plan? Or like, how do you describe the plan? And I'm like, it's really not a plan. Because that kind of boxes you into something that is going to be dynamic and evolving with you.
Speaker B: Yeah. Then I'm giving you very, like, my best guess, arbitrary timeline. Like, that's not relevant to you. And I think, I think that, uh, it's communication and expectations. Right. For everything in life. Like, um, if you want your kid to behave on a long drive, you set expectations above. Listen, we're going to stop here. We're going to get this, we're going to do this. The kid's like, all right, I can handle this six hour car drive. Right. But, um, I think that's what it is with clients, is they want clarity on the path forward. And when people come in, I tell them, hey, this is probably going to be 12 to 18 months. Some people are afraid of hard work and that deters them. And I'd prefer that because they're probably not the right fit for the life cycle that we take them through. But then, uh, the people that come in and really want to heal that, that they value that because they're like, all right, she's not blowing smoke on my ass. Ah, she's not like you're gonna lose X number of pounds in 90 days. And I think that's really like all you can do. Right. Because anything else is your best guess.
Speaker A: Yeah. And no two plants will look alike. So it's not. It doesn't matter what, you know, Susie is doing because that's going to look completely different, you know, based off of her variables are unique and your variables are unique and it's all going to be tailored. So I think that, uh, you know, all of those things had to be in alignment for this to make sense. And um, I'm excited for, uh, what's to come. Now I would say for anybody who is really just like the main results, if you think about what people care about, we all oftentimes we think about the outcome that we want, we think about the goals that we have, we think about the results. So I would say for me, I'll go over like the top results that from a pop perspective and you can talk about it from a fueled perspective and that'll help everybody to see now what's under one umbrella, which is, um, sustainability. I think is the number one most common compliment that we got for pop clients is that I can actually see results that feel sustainable. I know that I can do this for the long haul. Um, um, obviously when it comes to body composition, that was really, uh, I think one of the things that we did really well was we took people who were almost like embarrassed to have more body composition goals because they weren't necessarily like significantly overweight. Like, yes, we've had the, uh, hundred pound transformations, which are amazing. But like, a lot of times people would come to us being like, I almost feel bad saying it, but I really only want to lose like 10 to 12 pounds. I think we did a really good job of helping people who are already lean get leaner if that's what they wanted for themselves. Um, and then I think the other thing would be, uh, the muscle building side of things where, uh, we helped, uh, we served like 80% women. So, um, women who wanted to put on muscle, but like, to them it was the physique shape that they wanted. Uh, and it just so happened to come with more muscle and actually feeling lean or toned or whatever words you want to use. But from a like physical body composition perspective, I think that was a big one. Um, and then, you know, some of the other ones are more like feeling confident again, like going out with friends and knowing like, you own your choices, whether you're gonna decide to indulge or whether you're gonna decide to use restraint. Like, you felt confident going into that social situation where before they would feel like, panicked and stressed out. And now all of a sudden it felt more peaceful. Like, I. I know what decision I'm making. I'm gonna own it. And no, it's not always perfect, but I know what to do if it's not perfect. I know how to carry forward. So I would say those are like the highlight reel for. If we're just talking, like, end goal, what you want for yourself. Those were the main things that we heard most consistently with pop.
Speaker B: Yeah, well. And it's interesting. So we have our. And obviously this is stuff that I've developed over all of these years. When I first started coaching in 2015, it was macros. It was like balance, live your life. I fym. Um, right. If it fits your macros all the way through and through. And then obviously I get out of my 20s and realize that that's not actually health, but that's besides the point. Um, but through this evolution, we have our physiology to physique pathway. So what, what I've done with this method is essentially make our. Our first six months healing. Right? And that is nervous system that is unwinding any beliefs you have around yourself or your body or your food. Obviously starting to implement strength training and body composition change as early. Um, but, you know, getting peeling back those layers of like, whatever it is that's holding them back, whether it is the lack of validation they've had up to this point from conventional medicine labs and not really getting answers, or, um, feeling like inflammation or I'm just so tired or I don't have time. Like, whatever those barriers were, I'm like, let's pull all of those back. And then if we're priming your body as best as we can, then once you shift in out of the physiology part and into the physique part of the pathway. And now it is fun. Now it is, you know, playing with macros and more flex, metabolic flexibility, more literal flexibility in your life. Um, and we're really just targeting those body changes. And it's funny you mentioned this, but I think people would, um. When I get people on the phone, they share these, like, really deep stories, right. Of like, you know, I've been struggling with this for a long time. This has been impacting me. It's affecting my relationship with my spouse, with my kids. And, um, then I'm like, what's your goal in a perfect world? And they almost feel guilty. They're they like their, their volume, um, comes down when they're talking. They're like, well, I do want to lose 20 to 30 pounds. I'm like, that's okay. Like, it's okay to have those goals and not feel good, right? Like, I know that that's what you're pursuing and I know that's why you don't feel good right now. Because we haven't gone about it the right way. Um, so I think that obviously with the functional labs, we do get those more data driven, um, wins, right? We have people who are like, my HRV is going up. My insulin went from 20 to 7, my glucose is normal. Now I'm off my blood pressure medication, my levothyroxine dose came down. So, like, those wins are, are really powerful to me because I think that I don't ever set that expectation right. I'm not a doctor. I'm not like, I'm going to get you off all your medications and everything's going to be great. But I know that those things can happen. And I think it's really cool to see someone come in and think this was kind of like a life sentence for me. I'm destined to be on PPIs forever. I'm destined to be on whatever medication forever. And to see them think like that gives them that confidence. Uh, and like, holy, this is, this is within my control and my body is actually capable of more than I think. I think it actually teased them up beautifully going into the physique part because they're like, I can do that. Like, I can do all, all of those things that I didn't even know were, like, weren't even on my radar. Right? They didn't come in with the goal of like, I'm going to get my insulin down. Like, of course they want to be healthier, but, um, I think just opening their eyes to those possibilities and having those big, like, data wins and then leading into, of course, I think typically, um, it's so, I mean, you mentioned this, like, sometimes people have this like, goal visually in their head for their body and it ends up being so different on paper than what they envisioned. But actually like showing them body recompense composition of like, here's what it looks like to build 10 pounds a mile. So it looks like you lost 20 pounds of fat. Um, and that's really the, the goal that I want for everyone when they leave. Fueled are the things that you mentioned of the sustainability piece, but also like, true, like deep health, I think is so important. Um, and of course I Tell everyone. I don't care what result you get with Fueled if you don't know how to keep it forever. Otherwise what are we doing here and what are you paying for? Um, you don't want to pay to just be healthy and fit for six to 12 months. You're doing it because you want to learn how to do it on your own. You shouldn't need me in your pocket forever. So, um, that's really like our, our goal and our mission. But the, the data piece is really cool now obviously this functional evolution that we've stepped into.
Speaker A: Yeah, I think that is such a powerful piece of knowing how to manage those things. Even if it's, you know, when you go through those protocols of healing and there's, and you're dealing with things that maybe are a little bit more complex like Hashimoto's or pcos or some kind of an autoimmune condition that does require a little more care and like specificity. But I can speak from personal experience where it's like knowing what that means and what that looks like from my day to day life where I don't like I've gone through the process so now I have that, you know, self sufficiency and like I know what this means. I know what things are going to not be the best choices for me. I know what you know, are the best choices for me. And then I can kind of proceed with my life accordingly and feel like it doesn't define me, it doesn't own me. Like I, I'm in the driver's seat, which is empowering. So um, and I do like for anybody that's listening that just feels like nothing's really clicked, like you haven't quite found a path that made sense for you, then I would highly encourage you. We actually have a gift for everybody who's listening. All of the POP audience Mind over macros audience. I'm m going to be sending this out to my email list and all of our uh, anywhere that you are connected through POP in our app on my email list. On the podcast we uh, have a gift for everybody. So like if you are feeling like you just want more certainty in what's going to work for you, you want a clear data driven path that's highly personal. Uh, we're going to offer for fueled $, uh, 700 off plus an additional thyroid panel included. Is that right?
Speaker B: Yeah, that's right.
Speaker A: Cool. So uh, what's the best way for them to take advantage of that? Where should we send them?
Speaker B: Um, probably Instagram. So that we can go through and, and chat, um, answer your questions. Obviously you can go through the application process and just make sure everything feels good on, on both sides. We'll, we always do a free health strategy call for everybody first because we want to make sure that we can 100% help you do what we need to do. Um, we'll tell you if it's not a good fit, we'll tell you if we need to refer you out. Like, we have no problem doing that. Um, but we've got a really, really incredible team and incredible process. And it's funny, even from the beginning of the year to now, I made some changes on the front end of our onboarding process. And, um, the feedback has been so good, people are like, holy cow, this is really, really helpful, uh, and really, really eye opening. So again, we just start peeling back the layers of the onion from day one. But you basically get your handheld through the whole process from the strategy call. Uh, um, you'll do a concierge onboarding call with our specialist. She'll get all of your labs ordered right away and then she will schedule you for your intake with your coach. And that's more of like a get to know you, like, what makes you tick, what makes you happy, what makes you stressed, what have you been dealing with? So that we have all of that data, you get your initial phase one foundations plan, and then once we get the labs back, obviously, um, it's game on for the, the protocols and everything from there. So it's, it's been a really cool thing. Um, just every decision that I make is like, how can I make this. One, make this experience better for people and two, get them results faster in a, in a healthy way, of course. But, um, yeah, that's really rinse and repeat. Um, I'm like, how can we make this better? How can we make this bigger? How can we help more people? And yeah, I'm excited to be able to share the offer with everybody because again, we have a really, really incredible team of coaches. Again, some from straight from Pop. Um, and I know people will hear Liz and Ashley and hear those names and get really excited. So, um, super cool to be doing this. 2026, I guess is just the year of, of it all.
Speaker A: You know what's, uh, you mentioned Instagram for them to reach out. What's the handle that they can reach out to?
Speaker B: Uh, Jillian are fit. So J I L L I A N R F I T and just
Speaker A: mention the podcast just mentioned mind over macros or pop. Either way um, either one of those will qualify you for the little gift that we've got prepared. And I would, I would take advantage, just have the conversation. Um, I'm a big believer in informed decisions. And I think sometimes we get in our own way and we like, talk ourselves out of getting the help that we need because of fear and uncertainty. But I think the only reason that fear and uncertainty exist is because you're keeping yourself in the dark. And the best way to, uh, kind of shine a light on the situation is to talk to somebody who can shine that light for you. So you have a conversation, you're not committing to anything. It's just, let me get the information that I need so I can see what the path is. And then now you actually know for sure. Like, is this something that they can help with or are they going to point me in another direction? Uh, that will dissolve all of the fear and uncertainty is just like taking that step and having the path laid out for you so you can make an informed decision from there. And I, I see this all the time. Anybody who's been listening to me for any length of time, you know, I'm a big fan of looking at human psychology and self sabotage and the way that we get in our own way, and this is a big one, like letting yourself stay in that place of fear and uncertainty is the worst place to be. So the way that you get out of it is you take action, you do something, you take one little step forward, which would be, let me just get the information so I have it. And now I can make an informed decision from there and I can feel confident in my choices. So get yourself out of that uncertain place, step into certainty, have the roadmap, at least you know from there whether it's a good choice or not. And then, uh, you'll feel much better about, you know, your decision and your path moving forward. So, uh, I think that we can probably wrap it up there. Uh, everybody go.
Speaker B: It's out in the world.
Speaker A: Official pop is now fueled. And, uh, fueled will be taken over our long standing tradition of amazing customer support and results and doing all the things that we've done at a high level. And they will do it even better, uh, because of the infrastructure they have in place and the team that they have in place. And, um, I'll still be involved in making sure that everything runs smoothly. So if you have beef with anybody, you come to me and then I'll handle. It'll be a great experience for everybody. Um, we wouldn't be doing this if we weren't completely aligned across the board. So thank you, Jillian, for, uh, taking over.
Speaker B: I'm so excited.
Speaker A: I'm handing you my baby. So, uh, it'll be in good hands. And, um, anything else? Any other final words?
Speaker B: No, I think that's it. I think, um, I think to your point, you know, this obviously was an abrupt decision. Again, I've been pretty much asking Mike to do this for two years. But, um, this really has been a lot of conversations, a lot of back and forth, a lot of, how do we do this? How do we make this work? What about this? And, uh, I know some people who have been privy to this behind the scenes are like, are you guys ever going to come to terms with this? And we finally did. And, um, that's just probably Jill and Mike. Fashion is like, we just make sure all of our ducks in a row and the stars are aligned. And, um, this. This was finally the time. So this was. Was very thought out and very intentional. And again, we really wanted to make sure everything was super, super aligned and, and really just locked in for the long haul. So you will definitely be seeing, um, you've already. You guys hear enough of me on social media already. But, um, we will be louder and more present and you will certainly hear a lot more from us and about us as we go forward.
Speaker A: Amazing. Can't wait. Everybody go reach out to Jillian on Instagram. Take advantage of your 700 off your free thyroid panel. Uh, it's a great opportunity and, uh, thank you all for tuning in. You know where to find me if you need me, and I'll talk to you next time. Start.
