This episode pulls back the curtain on what actually happens when entrepreneurs successfully scale their businesses to six or seven figures - a topic Marie notes is conspicuously absent from most business education. Drawing on conversations from her Empire Mastermind retreats and high-level coaching programs, Marie identifies the real fears that emerge once failure is no longer the obstacle. Rather than tactical growth advice, she addresses the psychological barriers that hold successful entrepreneurs back from the next level: drifting from formerly close relationships as personal growth outpaces peers, confronting dormant money beliefs and cash flow anxiety, outgrowing offers and audiences that no longer align, triggering people through visibility and authenticity, and managing the unknown pressure of holding bigger responsibility. Marie emphasizes that these challenges aren't character flaws but predictable consequences of evolution, and that having the right mentorship, community, and strategic support makes navigating them exponentially easier. She also promotes her 2025 mastermind cohort (seven to ten women total, with spots already filling) designed specifically for entrepreneurs scaling past half a million to multiple millions.

Key takeaways

  • →High-level entrepreneurs typically fear success more than failure once they've proven their capability, manifesting as fears about relatability loss, money management, visibility, and responsibility rather than execution ability.
  • →Outgrowing people and relationships is a natural consequence of entrepreneurial scaling and personal development; the ride-or-dies will remain while new, deeper connections form around your evolved identity.
  • →Strategic pivots and the willingness to let go of outdated offers, audience segments, or positioning are essential to reaching the next level - you cannot cross the monkey bars without releasing your previous handhold.
  • →Triggering people through authenticity, visibility, and claiming your full power is inevitable when scaling; the right people become magnetic to your expanded version while misaligned people naturally repel.
  • →Holding (sustaining) a higher revenue level requires community, structure, mentorship, and strategy - not just hitting the number once, which is why support systems are critical to scaling beyond plateaus.

Questions this episode answers

What are the main fears successful entrepreneurs face when scaling beyond six figures?

According to Marie, the primary fears are losing relatability with existing relationships as you evolve, confronting money beliefs and cash flow management, outgrowing your current offers and audience, triggering people through your visibility and authenticity, and managing unfamiliar levels of responsibility and pressure.

Why do high-level entrepreneurs fear success more than failure?

Once entrepreneurs have built self-trust, proven capability, and surrounded themselves with the right people, failure becomes neutralized as a threat. Instead, success triggers deeper fears about what comes after achievement - relational drift, money management, visibility, and pressure - that feel more psychologically destabilizing than the risk of business failure.

How do you maintain relationships when your personal growth outpaces your friends and family?

Marie advises making peace with natural drift while trusting that ride-or-dies will remain. New, deeper connections form around your evolved identity through entrepreneurship, masterminds, and networking. The fear of outgrowing people is real but not catastrophic - you'll be better for it and create richer connections aligned with your next level.

What does Marie mean by 'triggering people' when you scale and show up authentically?

When you claim your full power, set audacious goals, and stop playing small, some people get triggered because your expansion illuminates their own limiting beliefs about what's possible. Marie frames this as being an expander for the right people; your authenticity naturally repels misaligned people while magnetizing those ready for growth.

Why is 'holding' a revenue number different from hitting it once?

Many entrepreneurs hit milestones like 50k or 100k months through hustle without sustainability, strategy, or support, so they can't sustain it. Truly scaling requires building the structure, mentorship, and systems to hold and maintain that level, not just achieve it temporarily.

Insight Density

4 / 20

The episode cycles through well-worn mindset coaching tropes - fear of success, money blocks, outgrowing people - with almost no novel or non-obvious claims for a B2B operator. The bulk of airtime is either promotional padding for a mastermind or motivational reassurance rather than actionable insight.

Your next level is going to require you to play bigger, shine brighter, take up more space, be more of yourself.
your subconscious mind will be your governor for your success if you don't address these things

Originality

3 / 20

Every framework used - 'expander vs. trigger,' repel the wrong people to attract the right ones, monkey-bar metaphor for letting go, nervous system regulation as a business tool - is recycled coaching-space vernacular. There is no contrarian or first-principles thinking anywhere in the transcript.

I'm either. I'm either like, an expander for the right people or a trigger for the wrong people, right?
if your content is not strong enough to repel the wrong people, it's not strong enough to attract the right people either

Guest Caliber

4 / 20

This is a solo episode by a life/business coach whose stated expertise is helping female online coaches and creators hit revenue goals. She claims a seven-figure business but offers no verifiable, B2B-relevant credentials; the positioning is squarely life-coaching and mindset, not practitioner-level B2B operations.

for the last decade, I've been helping women set and hit unrealistic goals while building their definition of a rich life
I don't run a seven figure business by myself, right? Like I have extraordinary people in my corner

Specificity & Evidence

3 / 20

Concrete data is almost entirely absent. The one anecdote offered as evidence - a mentor's mortgage payment that impressed the host - is deliberately left numberless, and no named companies, case studies, or real metrics appear anywhere in the episode.

I vividly remember a time where a previous mentor of mine was telling me how much she was paying monthly for her home. And the number was like. It like, took my breath away for a second how much she was paying monthly. And I was like, oh my God, I. I just like, can't imagine paying that much every month.
they are at uh, six figures, multiple six figures, seven figures

Conversational Craft

4 / 20

This is an uninterrupted solo monologue with no guest, no questions, no pushback, and no productive tension; the episode is frequently interrupted by multi-minute mastermind sales pitches, which further dilutes whatever structural intent existed.

And that's. That's all I've got for you for this episode. So I will see you again next week. Until then, keep making bank.

Speaker A: No, no. Your next level is going to require you to play bigger, shine brighter, take up more space, be more of yourself. Right? And that is going to trigger people, I can promise you. Welcome to make bank with Marie Wold. I'm Marie, and for the last decade, I've been helping women set and hit unrealistic goals while building their definition of a rich life. This podcast is your ultimate destination for unfiltered discussions about personal development, entrepreneurship, wellness, conf, wealth building relationships, and so much more. We're creating our dream lives together, and I'm so glad you're here. Now, let's jump into today's episode. The thing is, there are a million different resources, programs, freebies, how to guides, blah, blah, blah, out there about how to grow a business, like tactically, how to do it. And I always say there are a million ways to make a million dollars. There's also like a million mistakes that I see people making all the time. But my point is there is so much information out there about how you could do it, like, all the different ways that you could grow a business. But what I see really, really lacking in the business content space and the even, like, paid program landscape out there are conversations about what actually happens when you succeed. And this is something that has consistently come up for, gosh, all of my high level programs, all of my high level clients. Like, eventually this comes up and one of the, like, I'm. I'm thinking back to the last time I did an exercise called the Deepest Fear Inventory. You can Google it. It's. It's extremely powerful. But I really recommend doing it in like, a trusted space, ideally with like, a mentor or a coach who can hold space for you, ideally in community, in like a brave space of other women. But the last time I, I led my clients through this exercise, we were sitting around the fire pit in Cabo at, uh, our Empire Mastermind retreat. And it's, it's just amazing how everyone feels alone in these fears and these struggles and these, like, the, the thoughts ruminating in their head until they get into the right room and get around the right people and say them out loud. And everyone realizes, oh, shit, like, everyone feels this way. Not everyone, but everyone. Everyone in this circle. And it's, it's true that like 99% of the population doesn't get. It doesn't feel that way, but when you get in the right room, you realize, like, it's actually super normal to have these feelings, have these struggles. And that is really the magic of mentorship and community. Of course, But I wanted to kind of take you into the fold and pull back the curtain obviously without giving away anyone's like privacy or you know, personal situations and stories like that. But I want to bring you into the fold of some of the things that we talk about when it comes to scaling a business and the consequences of success. Because I've noticed time and time again when I work with again like the high level clients, the women who are, who have been all in on their businesses, they are at uh, six figures, multiple six figures, seven figures. They are scaling, they are extremely powerful and convicted, blah blah blah. Like all, all of the things, they're very potent, powerful, passionate in their purpose, etc, didn't mean to do alliteration there but just, just happen that way. And, and it's not that they're afraid of failing anymore. Like maybe at the beginning when they first start their business, they're afraid of failing but eventually they build such self trust and self belief and belief in their mission and they build a big enough body of evidence and they surround themselves with enough of the right people that they actually aren't really that afraid of failure anymore. Like that's pretty neutralized or at least it doesn't really slow them down anymore. But now they're afraid to succeed. Like they're terrified of succeeding. Because once you get to a certain level, success will mean that you're no longer relatable. Success me will mean that there like more money is more problems because we're all, not all, but a lot of us are conditioned that way by society or success means that you have to hold so much pressure, quote unquote, and you just can't imagine happily holding more pressure, more responsibility, more decisions, more visibility. But the thing is when you're at this level, when you're, when your business is already good, when you've already hit milestones, when you've already done impressive things, when you have quote unquote, made it by most people's standards, you feel like you are just getting started. Like wow, it's really just getting good and I know how much uh, more I'm capable of. But then the, the terror of success kicks in and it's, it's not a problem. Again, it's not a fear of failure. Like when you know that you're super powerful and you have proven to yourself that you're very capable and you have proven to yourself that you are a master like manifester and executor and you know that uh, like your vision board life or even a life beyond your Vision board is available, shit gets real, like it gets scary. It's. And so I wanted to again pull back the curtain and kind of go down the line of some of the most common things like consequences of success that I see my high, high level clients working through. And it's just amazing how fast we can shift through them when we have the right strategies, the right support, the right structures, the right systems, the right community. Like these things can dissolve so quickly and you will open up more growth, more like you will vault your glass, your own glass ceiling when you are able to be in the right rooms with the right people and have the right support. But again, these are a lot of the conversations that we're having in my Mastermind and I am enrolling now a new one one on one ex mastermind cohort for 2025. If these conversations, if scaling your business past half a million, a million dollars this year is a goal of yours, if you want to be with other women who genuinely get it and will push you and will hold space for you and will Mastermind with you all along, having one on one deep customized strategic advisory and support with me, then this Mastermind x one on one experience is for you. So I will put a little more info in the episode description, but right now, if you want to just hit pause and DM um me Mastermind on Instagram, my handle is Marie E. Wold. If you want to DM me Mastermind on Instagram, I will send you all of the details. We can chat through things. I'm only accepting so seven to 10 women total into this new cohort and two, possibly three spots are already full as of me recording this and obviously I don't record the podcast in like exactly real time. So spots are filling and I'm very, very excited about this new cohort. But if conversations like this and a deep, genuine like container for you to grow and scale and step into a new era of CEO embodiment is sounding good to you, then this might be the perfect move. So send me a dm, DM me the word Mastermind and let's talk. But I'm just gonna go down the list of some of the common things that are coming up in our like deep Talk conversations. And they especially come up when we have our in person retreats because the walls just come down. Of course they can also happen on Zoom. Of course we like get so much done and, and having 1M to two Zoom calls available to you every week with like customized coaching and stuff that moves the needle like no other but also, like, getting to have our twice yearly in person retreats is just like a freaking portal. Like, it is so transformative and we get months of transformation done in a matter of days. So anyway, here are some of the things that have really come up time and time again in these conversations. Number one, the fear of no longer being relatable to the people around you. Because for quite a while, you have had a lot in common with the people around you. Whether it's your friends, your family, your past co workers, your cousins, even like other entrepreneurs that you connected with early in your journey, you had enough in common that you had a very like, you know, steady, comfortable connection with this person. But as a, as you grow your business and as you step more and more into your CEO identity and embody that and you actually find success, yes, there will be financial changes. So perhaps you start dressing different or you have access to, to different spaces, or you move to a nicer house, or you're taking more vacations, or you simply don't bond with them over the feeling broke and complaining about being broke or whatever it is. Um, there's that portion, like the money portion, but then also like, entrepreneurship is a freaking giant personal development exercise. And so when you scale a business, inevitably, uh, you are scaling your identity. You are, you are, are expanding your personal growth, your emotional intelligence, your self awareness, your nervous system regulation. Like, you just wake up in a lot of ways on, like in your development as a human, right? And so when you do that work, there's, there are going to be people that you no longer feel connected to that maybe drain you when you spend time with them, when it used to feel good to spend time with them, whatever it may be. But there will be some people in your life that you drift apart from. And that doesn't mean that you know it's a bad thing or that they're bad people or anything like that. It's just that you are evolving differently than them. Um, and you have to make peace with that. And so the fear of no longer being relatable or no longer feeling as connected to the people around you is real. Like, that is something that, uh, pretty much everyone who quote, unquote, like, makes it experiences, right? But there will be the ride or dies. So let me reassure you on that. Like, there will be the ride or dies. There will be the people who always are in your corner, even if you don't have necessarily like that much in common anymore. And you will make new, deeper connections as the new up leveled you, right? So there are so many people that I've connected with over the years because of entrepreneurship, because of masterminds, because of networking, because of a friend of a friend, whatever it is. And those connections, let me tell you, feel so much richer because of the work that I've done with myself and because I have been willing to, like, create space for new, new connections as well. So trust me when I say the fear of no longer being relatable or outgrowing the people around you is very real. And also, it's going to be okay. That that's going to be a common theme of this episode is like, this fear is real. It can happen. And if it does, you're going to be okay, and you'll probably be better for it. Okay? The second fear of success that I see a lot is having to confront your money that has kept you small. Because again, it's very common for us to go back to the conditioning of, like, more money is more problems. And so people are afraid to, like, how am I gonna manage all this cash flow? How am I gonna, like, do my bookkeeping? First of all, you're not. You should hire a bookkeeper. How am I going to, you know, be strategic with all this money? What if I make it all and I'm not wise with it? What if I don't know how to handle this amount of wealth? What if I make it all just to lose it all? What if I have to pay a huge tax bill? Congratulations. What if. What if I, like, mismanage it? What if I don't spend it on the right things? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. There's so many money things that come up as you start accumulating and circulating. It's not just accumulating, it's also being. Being okay having lots of money come in and lots of money go out. Because as you scale business, yeah. You're gonna have to get comfortable circulating big money, not just receiving big money. And so you. You are gonna have to confront your money. Shit, you're gonna have to, because otherwise your existing conditioning is going to block your success. Because if your subconscious brain is too afraid of what will happen when we, quote, unquote, make good money, then we are going to block the actions required to make good money. Right? So that is a real fear, is like, oh, I'm going to have to confront all this stuff. I haven't been looking at her. I've just been letting it run on autopilot, and I'm going to have to look at all this stuff, and I have all these Just fears in the back of my head of, like, what. What am I going to do when I face this new experience of lots of money circulating? And I promise you, everything is figure audible here. There is a solution to all of those questions, and it's. It's going to be okay. But that is, like, it's so important to have guidance, to have mentorship, to have a bookkeeper, to have a tax strategist. Like, there are people who literally specialize in these things, and you're going to have access to them. Like, you can lean on them. Okay? Another thing is just like, outgrowing the spaces, the offers, the clients, the audience that you have come up with or in, you've grown very comfortable with. Because oftentimes scaling your business requires some pivots. Like, it requires some changes, whether it is strategic. Like, in order to get to the next level, I have to be willing to, like, let go of this part of my business or this part of my audience or this part of the way I've been showing up. Like, sometimes there are strategic changes that we need to make. It's. It's quite rare that I tell my clients that they have to do things a certain way in their business. Almost, uh, like, very rarely do I do that. But sometimes it does just not make sense strategically to keep doing things a certain way. And you have to be willing to let go. It's kind of like the monkey bar thing. Like, you. You cannot cross the monkey bars if you won't let go of the hand that's behind you, right? Like, you have to, like, go so you can reach ahead. And so sometimes you do just, like, outgrow stuff and then also energetically, right? Like, energetically outgrowing certain offers or certain types of clients or certain, uh, like actual client clients or a segment of your audience. Like, you have to be willing to evolve past people, right? Not everyone's going to keep up with your evolution. And if things just either aren't feeling aligned anymore because you have evolved past, or maybe your passions and your desires and your priorities have shifted as you've grown, and that's okay, too. Like, that's beautiful. That's the human experience. And so you have to give yourself permission to. To move on. You have to give yourself permission to change your niche or retire an offer or restructure things or change the way that you're showing up in your content. And, like, that's not going to be everyone's cup of tea. And that's like, the point, right? Because whatever has gotten you here is not going to get you to the next level. And so, yes, like, of course things are going to have to change and it's going to be beautiful, but you have to be okay with, you know, letting go of one your, your backhand on the monkey bars so that you can reach forward to something else. And that doesn't mean that everything has to be, like, reinvented or that, or that we're always reinventing the wheel, because we're not. There are often so many foundational things that we just need to refine and, like, amplify and scale. But there are going to be things that you have to let go of. And that can be really, really scary. Trust me, I get it. I've pivoted a million times and tried things and let them go. And it's hard, but it's so, so worth it. Especially if you are choosing to come into greater alignment and, like, greater authenticity. Right? Because when you are, if you've been holding on to something that's like, stagnant or dead weight for you or in your business, that that holds you back, like, that is literally an energetic anchor that makes it harder and harder to move forward. So consider this your permission slip to, like, cut the ties to the anchor and move on. Because we hold on to things because we should or because it's familiar, but it actually slows us way, way down when we're trying to scale the next thing. That kind of comes with success. And this is especially true if you have, you know, an audience and you've been growing online is triggering people when you finally own how powerful and extraordinary you are. And that is just part of the game. Like, as you scale, as you grow, you are literally part of that is literally claiming the identity of someone more powerful than what you have been. Like, you are deciding that you are no longer holding yourself back, playing small, you know, keeping things chill and low key, or like, dulling your shine, dulling your sparkle to keep other people comfortable. No, no, Your next level is going to require you to play bigger, shine brighter, take up more space, be more of yourself. Right? And that is going to trigger people. I can promise you. I can promise you because I've seen it firsthand, uh, a million times in my own journey of, like, every time I decide, like, no, I'm, I'm going to go there, I'm going to go to the next level. I'm going to really say what I mean, I'm going to play bigger. I'm going to be unapologetic. Like, every time I I up the ante on those fronts. It triggers some people, like, some people. Some people don't like it. And with my clients, too, and it feels edgy, right? But almost every time you decide, like, I'm gonna go there, I'm gonna. I'm gonna say what I mean, I'm gonna take up, uh, the space that I want. I'm going to play bigger, I'm going to set more audacious goals. Every time you do that, the, the universe, God, the frequencies, whatever respond is what I know to be true is like when you are willing to repel the things that are no longer aligned, the people that are no longer aligned, when you're willing to not be everyone's cup of tea, you become that much more magnetic to the people who are right for you and the opportunities that are right for you and the growth that is right for you. And I know I've said this a million times, if you're, like, a frequent listener of the, of this podcast or have been consuming my content for a while, but I've been saying it for years. If you. If your content is not strong enough to repel the wrong people, it's not strong enough to attract the right people either. I've been saying that for literally years. And it's true beyond content, too, right? Just. It's true about your identity, it's true about your vision, it's true about your programs, your positioning, your offers, your conviction. Like, you have to be willing to not be everyone's cup of tea in order to magnetize the. The right people, the people who are looking for champagne, right? And so part of that is, like, I know that sometimes when I show up and I own my truth and I show up at full power, that will inevitably trigger some people. And I'm either. I'm either like, an expander for the right people or a trigger for the wrong people, right? So I show up to be an expander because other people's reaction to me is honestly not my responsibility. That doesn't mean, obviously, that I'm, like, reckless and purposely being unkind or uncaring at all. But it's like, I can say my truth and I can show up as the expander for the right people without taking responsibility or feeling like it's my fault if other people get triggered. Because really, if someone's getting triggered, that's just an un. Like, that is just illuminating a wound or an unhealed part of them that believes what I have or what I say or what I do is not possible for Them, right? So that's just inevitably going to happen when you start calling out a higher caliber of client, do a higher level of work, get bolder and more unapologetic about like your vision and your mission. It's just going to happen. So triggering people is, is inevitably going to be part of your work if you're going to be an expander for other people. And I've literally had clients, I've had clients come to me and be like, it took me a minute to decide to work with you because first you just triggered the F out of me. Like, I was just so triggered by. Because I saw what you were doing and I like, couldn't calibrate to it immediately. It took me a minute, but I leaned into that. And those are the people that I want to work with, right? Those are the people who can get triggered and like, have curiosity around it, lean into it and then be like, ah, uh, okay, like there's, there's some growth here that is available to me. Right. Another consequence of success that I already kind of alluded to is the consequence of holding more responsibility and pressure and visibility than you have before. And so that is a big, a big fear. And it's a little bit like fear of the unknown, right? Like you, you know that you're going to have more responsibility, you know that you're going to have more pressure, you know that you're going to have more visibility. All that stuff, you know that it's coming, but you don't know what it feels like and you don't know how you're going to respond to it, right? But something I want to remind you is that uh, where you are now, right? This, this episode is really for the person that's like, already done some shit like you, you already have gotten your business off the ground and now you're ready to scale and you want to hit your first like half a million million plus dollar year. You've already done that. You've already taken on more responsibility, more pressure, more visibility than your previous self could comprehend, right? So think about the you that was starting at zero. Like she would have been flabbergasted and uh, afraid of the responsibility and pressure and visibility that you've normalized right now, right? So I want you to trust that, that you can acclimate and adapt and learn once again to hold more responsibility and pressure. Invisibility. And you already know this, but I just want to remind you that like, scaling to those big numbers is not just about hitting the number. You have to hold it, right. And that's where a lot of people struggle is they hit the number ones. They have their first, you know, 50k month or 100k month or they have, you know, half a million dollar a year, but they hustled so hard or they lacked strategy, they lacked um, stability, they lacked sustainability, they lacked support. And so they couldn't hold it. Right? But you know that you are capable of finding the right strategy, the right structure, the right support. This is exactly what we do in my high level programs, like my mastermind, by the way. But you know that you are capable of adapting. You know that you are capable of learning how to hold the next level because you've already done it. And you're going to have to learn new skills and you're going to have to step into a new level of embodiment and you're going to have to, you know, acclimate to the new visibility and all the things and the pressure and blah, blah, blah. But you also know that you have a track record of making it happen. So I want you to trust that. And then also obviously take the wise moves of getting the support, getting the strategies, setting up the structure of your business, investing in mentorship, all the things that make holding those things lighter. Because that's a huge part of scaling, is you're not holding it by yourself anymore. Like that is something that you need to take a lot of comfort in, or I think you should take a lot of comfort in, is that when you're truly scaling, you are no longer responsible for holding all the weight by yourself. Now I'm not saying you don't, you know, have radical responsibility as a CEO of your business because ultimately you have the ultimate responsibility, but you don't have to carry it all by yourself, right? You are going to surround yourself with mentorship, with support, with specialists who are like experts at their thing. Referring back to like tax strategy and like bookkeeping and things like that. But like I don't run a seven figure business by myself, right? Like I have extraordinary people in my corner and also I acclimated to being a seven figure CEO over time, right? So trust that you can evolve over time. One thing that we already talked about, but just again, the idea of getting used to circulating big money is often a uh, fear that a lot of people have. And that includes big tax bills, that includes paying team members, that includes perhaps lifestyle upgrades like having a more expensive mortgage or a more expensive car payment or things like that, or like funding, you know, bougie trips or whatever it is. And like, the idea of just acclimating to that number or that, like, seeing that big number in your bank account or seeing that big number on your credit card statement, or seeing that big number on your mortgage, like, that takes regulation. And again, you are going to adapt to be able to hold that. And you'll be surprised how quickly you can acclimate when you have the right people, the right processes, and do the inner work right. Like, so much of this definitely comes down to are you willing to do the inner work. But like, I vividly remember a time where a previous mentor of mine was telling me how much she was paying monthly for her home. And the number was like. It like, took my breath away for a second how much she was paying monthly. And I was like, oh my God, I. I just like, can't imagine paying that much every month. Like, having that bill come through every month. And at the time it was like multiples of my. I want. I can't remember if I'd bought my first house yet, but it was, it was either multiples of my mortgage or definitely multiples of my rent at my apartment. And I was like, I just, I can't imagine that. Well, fast forward a few years and my mortgage payment now is more than that. And like that. And that's just. It's crazy looking back, what you can acclimate to and what you can get used to in terms of circulating big money over time, right? And like, obviously you want to have, be. Be savvy and be smart about it, but for big money to come in, you also have to be acclimated and just able to circulate and see big money come in and out. And one of the final things I want to bring up about the consequences of success is one, uh, especially one that I rarely see people talk about. And it is that when you start really doing well, quote, unquote, there is a shift that can happen in romantic relationships when you start out earning your partner. And that is something that I have seen time and time again. I have, like, helped my clients navigate time and time again. I have of course, personally navigated this. And that doesn't mean that I will, like, always out earn my husband personally. Like, I think that he has the potential to out earn me if he continues on the track that his career is on, which honestly would. Would love that. But, like, historically I have been the breadwinner or like, the higher earner in my relationship. I also happened to meet my husband when I was in high school and like, had somehow luckily found my Thing when I, what, 16? 17. We met when I was 17 and I had already started monetizing my audience on Instagram by then, you know, So I also got like, extremely, quite frankly, lucky that I found my thing very young and he didn't have that like luxury or that privilege or that luck, I guess I would say. And so I am definitely no stranger to the experience of out earning your partner. But especially for my clients where there that has not historically been their relationship. It can bring a lot of things up. It can bring a lot of things up just with you, like internally, you know, in a vacuum, but also bring up a lot of things in your relationship. Right. Like relationally. And it does take a very strong relationship. It takes great communication. It takes, you know, perhaps therapy, like individually or together. It is a challenge that you have to be able to navigate. And also there's a lot to be said about the energetic kind of balance of being the boss in your business, but then, uh, being able to soften and lean back in your relationship, that is something that could be a whole podcast episode on its own. But that's always something that comes up whenever we talk, like love and relationships, especially at our retreats and stuff. You know, we've had like a couple margaritas and we're like sitting around the fire at the end of the night. Like, we always end up, um, talking about like polarity. We end up talking about sex, we end up talking about romance, we end up talking about like marriage and dating and all the things. Because it is truly, I want to say, a universal experience that there are going to be changes in the dynamic of your relationship and it's not a bad thing. I actually think that it can make your relationship so much stronger and like spicier and more dynamic. I hope my dad has stopped listening by this point in the episode because I know he listens to a lot of them. But it can make your relationship even richer and deeper if you navigate it properly. But, uh, it can also, you know, cause a lot of strain on your relationship if you don't. So that fear is real. That fear is legit. And there are definitely men who are not interested or equipped to make that shift or to help facilitate that shift on both sides. Right. So of course you have to take responsibility for your part there, but they have to be willing to move with you. Right. It's obviously a two way street. So anyway, there's a lot, there's a lot underneath the surface of scaling a business. And like, yes, I obviously help my clients with their Funnels and their offer suite and their marketing and their sales and like their CEO decision making and growing their team and blah blah blah. Like we go extremely nitty gritty in depth about the how, the strategies, the tactics, the steps. And in my new one on one x mastermind container, like this cohort for 2025, everyone's getting extremely customized guidance. Like we literally start with a one on one intensive and map out every step and like reverse engineer what it's going to take for you to hit your biggest goals this year. And we get very strategic. Like I my coaching style very much leads with strategy. But of course all of this stuff is very real and if you don't acknowledge and start working on these fears, the fears of success, the consequences of success, your subconscious will kick in and be like your limiter, like the governor. If you know what a governor is. Like the thing that maxes out your car speed. Like your subconscious mind will be your governor for your success if you don't address these things. Because the the consequences of success are super, super real. Like gets real when you finally let yourself play as big as you're meant to and start making the money that you really desire and at the same time gets really good if you're doing it correctly. And truly like in the end, the secret is having someone in your corner who has seen it all, alchemize it all and can effortlessly hold and guide you through every move. And that is really the the magic of high level mentorship. And it gets even better when you have a sisterhood of fellow CEOs who truly fucking get it and see you through it all. So like I have said, I'm putting together a new high level one on one and mastermind cohort as we speak for 2025. This is for my online coaches, my creators, my educators, my service providers, my agency owners who are ready to scale to multi 6, high multi 6 and 7 figures while scaling their CEO lifestyle and embodying all of the success that is possible for them. We get super strategic, but we also go deep into the embodiment and stepping into your next identity as a CEO. And like I said, we have two luxury retreats per year. So I can't wait for deep Life chats and I can't wait to get extremely nitty gritty with customized strategy and strategic advisory for the women who join this cohort. So again, DM me on Instagram the word mastermind for the details. There's not like an automation or anything. I'm going to personally chat with you about the details, about your goals, about how we can work together to bring it all to life. And that's. That's all I've got for you for this episode. So I will see you again next week. Until then, keep making bank. Bye. Mhm.
