Melody launched her social enterprise, InspirEngage International, way back in 2009 and has since gone on to take the company global. As a personal growth expert, she helps to inspire and motivate people, developing them to be their best. She appeared on the BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’ in 2011 (making it to week 10 out of 12) and was the first social entrepreneur to appear on the show. She has also spoken on her own TED talk as well as writing for Forbes, Huffington Post and The Guardian - quite the CV! During this interview, we talk about building a strong mindset and how young we should start with this, why women are sometimes seen to hold themselves back in business and so much more.
