Introducing Jim², my digital twin that is here for you 24/7/365

Jim A. James & The UnNoticed Entrepreneur · 2025-04-08 · 7 min

0:00--:--

Jim A. James introduces Jim², a digital twin powered by Delphi AI that indexes his entire podcast catalog of over 800 episodes spanning nearly four years, plus coaching materials, books, and course content. The digital twin is accessible at jimajames.com and theunnoticed.cc, allowing entrepreneurs to query the full archive through text, voice calls (trained on Jim's own voice), and document uploads. Users get 250 free messages monthly with a freemium model; paid tiers ($4.99/month and higher) unlock 500+ messages and expanded conversation time. The platform remembers user preferences over time, generates transcripts, and can send reminders - effectively solving the discoverability problem James faced as his content library grew unwieldy. James acknowledges creator burnout from volume without accessibility, positioning the digital twin as a solution for his global entrepreneur audience to access curated insights 24/7 without waiting for new episodes. A UK bank partnership pilot is forthcoming.

Key takeaways

  • →A digital twin trained on your voice, logic, and content library can extend your availability and make your accumulated knowledge searchable and accessible to your audience.

  • →The platform supports multiple interaction modes including text chat, voice calls, document uploads, and email reminders, allowing users to engage in their preferred way.
  • →Transparent pricing with free tier (250 messages/month) and paid tiers ($4.99/month for 500 messages and one hour calls) makes the tool accessible while offering upgrade paths.
  • →Building a digital twin that captures your style and approach means you can be present for users when you're unavailable, improving customer support and audience engagement.

Speaker A: Hey, it's been a long time since I've recorded on my own, but I wanted just to reach out to you because I've been working to try and make the show better because now there are so many episodes. I realize that it's very hard for you or me to really keep up with everything that's in there. In fact, the podcast then is really only as good as, as the last show on your feed. But that has all changed because I've adopted a digital twin and it's from a company called Delphi in America. And what I've done is to index all the podcasts and also some of my coaching and some of the books and some materials from courses as well. And the whole idea is that I am gathering up as many pieces of experience as I possibly can from entrepreneurs around the world and sharing them with you through the medium of this podcast. So that mission has not changed. But I lost a little bit of sort of momentum at the end of last year because I got a little bit tired, but also got a little bit overwhelmed by the sheer volume of content I'd created. I thought this is really like, just keep creating, keep creating. But if it's not accessible, if you can't find information in it, then I'm not really adding any value. I'm just creating content for the sake of it. So I took some time out. And this Delphi product is very sophisticated. And you can find it@jimajames.com it's also @theunnoticed CC. So you can find on my personal website or the podcast website. And you will see then a, uh, picture of me, and then you can see a little dialog box. And in the dialog box you can click that and you can type a question, for example, like how do I get noticed? Or how can I use podcasts? And that's going to then ask the entire catalog of over 800 episodes. That's all the content going back for nearly four years that I've been collecting, curating. And the AI is going to give you a personalized response. Now, to get a really good response, you will see at the end of that little dialog box, three dots, an ellipsis, they call it. And if you click that, it'll ask you to sign up and you can put your email address in there and then it'll send you a six digit code. And when you've got that code, pop that in to the little sort of key code pad that'll show you on the screen. And then the digital twin will remember all the conversations that you're having and over time it's going to get better and better at remembering what you need and the questions that you've got. On the usage side, it's really easy. You can send messages by writing back and forwards. You can also phone me and there's 10 minutes of free calls and you can test it out because it's actually been trained on my voice as well. So then you can actually have a direct call with me and you can ask questions and get feedback to your particular responses. You can actually also upload a document and ask it to evaluate and to help. In fact, one of my clients in Scotland, Gary, he runs a chiropractic practice and he asked it to help him write an article and he sent it to me saying, look, Jim, it writes just like you, which is great. So, um, he just wanted to reach out because I've been doing all these interviews and I haven't really chatted to you as me for several years and um, felt really disconnected from you. So I have more news coming down the pipeline, pretty exciting news actually, about some work that is happening with one of the UK's largest banks, which will bring even more great content down the line for you. But I wanted to make sure that what I've gathered up for you is accessible, that you can use it and access it. So if you go to jimayjames.com and just try the Digital Twin, if you like it, that's fantastic. And There are some 250 messages and 10 minutes per month for free. If you are getting great value from it and you feel like upgrading, there's a 4.99amonth subscription option for 500 messages and an hour conversation with, with me. Um, and there's two other higher packages. The key here really is that you can have a conversation as if you're having it with me. It's been trained on my logic, been trained on my voice, trained on all my materials so that you can have the support and guidance that you need when you need it. And of course I'm still here and if you'd like to book a call with me, you're more than welcome to do that. I'd love to hear from you, but I want to be there for you when you need me there. The Digital Twin. Really excited is the way that I found to do that. So please do check it out. Send me a message, let me know how you're getting on. If you write to the Digital Twin, of course I see all the messages on the other side on the admin side of the Digital Twin. And so if you've got any messages for me, you can also put them in there as well. And you'll also then get a transcript after each correspondence that you've had with the Digital twin. And it can even start to send reminders. For example, if you say, I've got an event on a certain date, we can also send you a reminder. So do check that out. Be great to hear what you think. And, you know, we're pushing the envelope here with this new platform, so I'd love to hear how you get on. All right, that's, uh, over and out from me. We've also got more interviews coming up, of course, and we've got this big announcement coming up with a pilot with the UK Bank. Uh, more of that in the month of May. And until then, just keep on communicating.
