Five dimensions, 20 points each
XPR365, developers of the original Shopify connector for Microsoft (sold in 2022), has built a native BigCommerce integration for Dynamics Business Central with plans to extend to F&O. At Summit NA 2025, the company unveiled a multi-party connector linking BigCommerce, PayFabric (part of Global Payments), and Business Central for secure B2B commerce transactions, plus a new ShipperHQ integration for delivery logistics and data transfer. The booth strategy focused on showcasing the full order-to-payment cycle for B2B commerce use cases, where tight integration between systems is critical for manufacturers and distributors. Alex emphasized that while middleware solutions exist, they fall short in B2B scenarios where exceptions and custom requirements are common. The company generated 20-30 qualified leads over three days and secured valuable partner connections, including dinner conversations that directly resulted in three BigCommerce prospects.
XPR365 currently integrates BigCommerce with Dynamics Business Central, with plans to expand to Finance & Operations. They also recently launched integrations with PayFabric and ShipperHQ to create a complete B2B commerce ecosystem.
B2B transactions, especially for manufacturers and distributors, require handling exceptions and custom requirements that generic middleware solutions cannot address; tight, native integration between BigCommerce and Dynamics systems is necessary to support this complexity.
PayFabric, part of Global Payments, is integrated with BigCommerce through XPR365's connector to enable secure payment processing. The three-way integration links BigCommerce, PayFabric, and Business Central for end-to-end B2B transaction handling.
XPR365 developed the Shopify connector, which Microsoft acquired in 2022; it was initially built for B2C commerce and is now being applied to B2B use cases with BigCommerce.
ShipperHQ is a delivery and logistics management application; XPR365 integrated it to transfer delivery data between BigCommerce and Business Central, completing the order-to-fulfillment cycle for B2B commerce.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode is almost entirely promotional and conversational filler. There are no novel insights about B2B commerce integration, technical architecture, market dynamics, or operator challenges. The few semi-substantive moments (mention of B2B vs B2C differences, middleware limitations, tight integration needs) are stated without depth, evidence, or elaboration. Most of the 8 minutes consists of small talk about the summit experience, booth traffic, and networking value.
It's getting big. It's getting busy, has been busy on the booth with BigCommerce.
They are inspired and they come back for the solution, of course.
No original thinking is present. The entire episode recycles standard vendor talking points: integrating ERP with e-commerce platforms, the importance of networking at conferences, and vague references to B2B commerce being 'different.' No contrarian views, first-principles thinking, or unexpected insights emerge. This is textbook promotional content.
You always have some exceptions. If it's a manufacturer or distributor, you need to have tight integration.
connecting with people you don't know yet. That's that's the one's the most important thing that you get prospects.
Alex from XPR365 is a relevant practitioner (developer and founder of an integration ISV), and the company was acquired by Microsoft (Shopify Connector sale in 2022), which suggests some operational credibility. However, the transcript provides no biographical detail, no evidence of scale, complexity managed, or depth of experience. He speaks mostly in generalities and promotional patter, not as someone distilling hard-won operational lessons.
We were the developers at the time it was B2C, yes.
We sold to Microsoft in 2022.
Extremely sparse on concrete details. Only a handful of specifics: the Shopify Connector sale to Microsoft (2018), mention of 20-30 qualified leads, integration with Business Central, F&O, ShipperHQ, and PayFabric. No metrics on adoption, customer counts, deal sizes, integration complexity, or technical performance. The description of functionality is abstract ('full cycle,' 'tight integration,' 'secure connection') without concrete example or numbers.
We had at least 20 to 30 good qualified leads.
We sold to Microsoft in 2022.
The host asks friendly but shallow questions focused on conference experience rather than probing the substance of the product, market, or business. No follow-ups on technical claims, customer outcomes, competitive positioning, or challenges. The interviewer appears to know Alex personally and conducts a warm but uncritical chat. There is no evidence of challenging questions or desire to extract learning beyond promotional soundbites.
So how many times have you been to Summit?
Have you, you know, you talked about you had a great conversation last night. Any other memorable conversations at the booth or with attenders?

Big growth happens when sales reality meets operational truth, and that’s the heart of this ISV Talks episode with Alex Vandereycken from XPR365. We dig into their new connector that unifies BigCommerce with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, then close the loop with PayFabric for payments and ShipperHQ for shipping. It’s a cleaner, more reliable order‑to‑cash flow built for real B2B complexity - contract pricing, account hierarchies, approvals, and delivery promises that don’t fall apart once the order hits the ERP. Recorded at the Community Summit New Desk booth, the conversation tracks how far the ecosystem has come since 2018 and why companies are tired of brittle middleware. Alex shares how booth demos showed orders flowing from storefront to ERP with payment and shipping logic intact, generating strong interest - helped by XPR365’s credibility as the team behind the Shopify Connector Microsoft acquired in 2022. We explore why manufacturers and distributors need deep ERP alignment rather than duct tape, and how this connector honors Business Central’s account‑level rules while reducing exceptions and tightening reconciliation.

Well, welcome to this episode of ISV Talks, the Community Summit Edition. And on this episode, I have Alex from XPR365. Welcome. Thank you, Carol, for inviting me.
I'm Alex and represent XPR365. And we are here together with uh BigCommerce to promote our connector app we made with them. Excellent. And what products does it integrate with?
We today we integrate with Business Central, and we are looking forward also to see if we can integrate it with F&O. Okay, perfect. So how many times have you been to Summit? This is my second summit.
The one I did previously was in Phoenix, and I think it was 2018. I searched , ya it was 2018, so seven years ago I was here. So it has been has been a while. It has been a while.
So yeah. Well, we'll start with that. What's been your experience from seven years ago to the summit this week? It's getting big.
It's getting big. Getting busy, has been busy on the booth with BigCommerce. So we gathered a lot of good leads. Some are still in GP, trying to convince them to migrate to BC, of course.
Yeah, so a lot of good conversations with attendees. So what inspired you to come to summit this year? Yeah, it was uh after Directions NA in in Las Vegas. We talked with BigCommerce.
Uh, what do we do next? And then this popped up because there was also a relationship between people from BigCommerce and the organizator from the summit. So that that made us bring that brought us here. Okay.
Yeah. So earlier this year we went to another event. Okay, great. So what's so far?
I know this is day three, but what's been the most rewarding part of the experience here at Summit? Of course, uh connecting with people you don't know yet. That's that's the one's the most important thing that you get prospects. You can talk with partners.
And for example, also uh last night we had dinner with a partner who has directly three prospects with BigCommerce and BC. So it's moving on along, yes. Great. I think I had something to do with that, didn't I?
Yeah, you did also, yeah. You introduced me it's okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that's yeah.
Thanks for that. Yeah, it takes it takes a village, a community to get to know each other. You know, with with Summit and your sponsorship this year with BigCommerce and being here, how do you see this achieving your mission and goals? Yeah, it's of course putting the seeds in the ground for having prospects and new partners uh with using our app for integrating BC or F&O with with BigCommerce.
And we are also introducing uh a third corporation where we make the connection between BigCommerce, Pay Fabric, and our connector, and BC, of course. So there's a secure connection between the three apps or four apps, like you can say. Okay, so this is new. This is new, yes.
This is recently launched. So and you recently launched it. So this isn't the launch, but it's part of the launch. Yes, part of the launch, yeah, yeah.
And also in the session with the Pay Fabric guys, yeah. They also announced it uh in that session, yes. Oh, awesome. Okay, so PayFabric, which is part of global payments.
Yes, and they they did also the announcement they integrate with BigCommerce using our app. Nice. Well, that's exciting on both partners' side. Well, let me ask you since you kind of already talked about the new announcement and things, are you showcasing other things in your booth, any new products or just introducing your yourselves to the Dynamics community?
We show the full cycle on the booth, how an order flows from from the B2B commerce side to to BC, together with the payments. And another app we also launched because you're asking for new, yeah, is that we also made the integration with shipper HQ. If it's a valid application needed, it's it's commonly used in the So what is Shipper HQ? So what is ShipperHQ?
Just curious. It's it's delivery, the delivery of goods, and we also transferring data between that app and BC and BigCommerce. Okay. So just pulling all of the parties together.
Yes. So what's the alternative if someone doesn't have XPR365 connectors? You can always work with middleware, yeah. But that not that doesn't go that far and in B2B, because BigCommerce is really into B2B.
You always have some exceptions. If it's a manufacturer or distributor, you need to have tight integration. That's the reason why we made it on the same way. Like we previously made the Shopify Connector.
We sold to Microsoft in 2022. Oh, okay. So you guys were the developers of Shopify Connector. We were the developers at the time it was B2C, yes.
And for B2C, they can play. But like we know, BigCommerce know, and if you talk about B2B, they are really a good choice to choose for. Yeah, to fit. Yeah, exactly.
So you guys, these are the guys that developed the Shopify connector for Microsoft. So all right. Let me ask you this. Have you, you know, you talked about you had a great conversation last night.
Any other memorable conversations at the booth or with attenders? At the booth, we had several prospects, direct customers where we had conversations with. So I think we we have at least 20 to 30 good qualified leads. Wonderful.
It really resonated that you guys had those conversations. What do you, as a sponsor? Thank you for being a sponsor, by the way, for Dynamics Community Summit. What do you recommend to maybe a new sponsor that's considering coming to participate next year?
We evaluate it. I would also more spend on visibility besides the booths. So the booth is important, but don't take the biggest booths, just take also the side stuff. Okay, so other like speaking or speaking or other advertisements, some flags, some stickers on the grounds.
Yeah, the stickers on the grounds are very helpful, aren't they? Yeah. So do you see people looking at the ground to see what sticker what ERP or solutions you integrate with? Anything that can help to brand.
Yeah, exactly. What do you hope the attendees will walk away from when they talk to you at the booth? That they are inspired and they come back for the solution, of course. That's that's the most important thing.
And do you see a aha, you know, that they get excited. Alec, the the person from BigCommerce who did the presentations yesterday, you had uh spontaneously more audience during showcasing, and there was really a moment with the integration with Pay Fabric and and so on. So that is not that common. I think we are unique there.
Yeah. Oh, I definitely, I'm sure you are. So let me just ask you, kind of just wrap this up. Is there one sentence or one word you would describe your experience at Summit this year and why?
I think the most important is networking with end customers and then go out to the other booths and talk with partners. You do make it yourself. You have to be active. Be active.
Yeah, be active. I think that's that's the right word. You know, and you you touch on something too. Don't just stay in your booth, right?
You you sound like you're also get inspired yourself. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, that's what Summit is all about, right?
Inspiration. That's true. Okay, good Carol. So, well, thank you for being on our podcast, ISV Talks Community Summit edition, and I appreciate you guys following us on our ISV Talks podcast and giving a recap here of Dynamics Community Summit.
Thank you, too. Thank you. Thank you.
