Fear most often presents itself in the uncharted territories in our lives, and is an unavoidable challenge in life. Yet it’s confronting this emotion and pushing through it that brings about growth and liberation. Leaning into fear and running towards it can be difficult to do, but our mission is not to suppress fear but to overcome it. I invite you to take some time to think about how fear is governing areas of your life and how you can lean into it, conquer it, and come out on top with more knowledge and confidence going into the future.
