Dr Dionne Payn is co-founder and CEO of High Impact Property Investments. Right now, they are building affordable and sustainable rental homes for women over 55, the fastest-growing group facing homelessness. Dionne has a PhD in Natural Products Chemistry, has project managed a number of property developments around Byron Bay (NSW, Australia) and has helped over 30 investors to achieve double digit returns through property.
