Jay Abraham, a 40-year veteran of business consulting across 1,000+ industries, sits down with JV Crum III alongside JI Super Clone - an AI chatbot programmed by his daughter Michelle Abraham that replicates his thinking methodology. The episode explores how businesses can access infinite opportunities through three frameworks: identifying overlooked profit centers by examining every interconnected process in a revenue system, building geometric growth through strategic partnerships with complementary audiences, and evolving entrepreneurial learning beyond tunnel vision into what Abraham calls "funnel vision" - drawing insights from diverse industries rather than following industry best practices. The Super Clone represents an accessible entry point to Abraham's $250,000 annual consulting fees, offering 24/7 strategic partnership at a fraction of the cost. Abraham emphasizes that preeminence - putting client interests first rather than pursuing transactional revenue - positions companies as the only viable choice in their market. The discussion touches on how AI can accelerate partner identification, simulate joint venture outcomes, and provide real-time customer insights to sustain competitive advantage.

Key takeaways

  • →Jay Abraham has identified overlooked profit centers across 1,000+ industries by studying optimization experts (Deming, Six Sigma) and understanding how revenue systems can be questioned at every point.
  • →Strategic partnerships work best when two companies have complementary offerings targeting the same buyer profile, allowing you to move fixed advertising costs to variable performance-based fees.
  • →The strategy of preeminence means serving a clearly defined target market better than anyone else, rather than trying to appeal to price-conscious buyers or everyone simultaneously.
  • →JI Super Clone, programmed from 40 years of Abraham's IP including keynotes, consultations, and frameworks, functions as a 24/7 strategic thinking partner that mirrors, questions, and holds users accountable without lecturing.
  • →Entrepreneurs need to develop "funnel vision" - drawing insights from diverse industries and sources - rather than "tunnel vision" that assumes incremental improvements within a single industry will drive success.

Questions this episode answers

How has Jay Abraham identified overlooked profit centers across his 40-year career?

By working across 1,000+ industries and learning from optimization masters (Deming, Six Sigma, multivariable testing experts), Abraham gained unique context to see underperformance in any business revenue system and test alternatives that could increase yield by orders of magnitude.

What is the most powerful partnership model Jay Abraham has developed?

Strategic partnerships between companies with complementary offerings targeting the same buyer profile, where trust and endorsement from existing audience relationships dramatically shorten sales cycles and convert leads at higher rates than traditional advertising.

What does it mean to operate from a strategy of preeminence?

Preeminence means putting your clients' interests ahead of your own, being clearly positioned as the only viable choice rather than a commodity, and serving a well-defined target market with unimaginably superior value rather than trying to appeal to everyone.

How can AI help identify hidden business opportunities that humans might miss?

AI excels at processing massive data sets to spot customer behavior patterns, anomalies in operations, predictive trends before they emerge, and untapped customer segments or revenue streams almost instantly - work that would take humans weeks or months.

What makes JI Super Clone different from other AI tools?

JI Super Clone is programmed from 40 years of Jay Abraham's life work including keynotes, books, consultations, and relationships to emulate his strategic thinking process as a mirror, sparring partner, and accountability tool - not just an answer machine.

What our scoring noted

Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.

Insight Density

9 / 20

Jay Abraham delivers genuine, experience-backed ideas about revenue systems, joint ventures, and funnel vs. tunnel vision, but the mechanical alternation with JI Superclone produces long stretches of generic AI-generated advice ('AI excels at processing massive amounts of data at lightning speed') that actively dilutes the episode's value. The real insight-per-minute ratio is hobbled by the format.

We generated $250 million, a quarter billion dollars when I was in the SE business by realizing that newsletters, financial newsletters back at that time were almost totally subscribed to by entrepreneurs and professionals who had money and ran businesses. Nobody had thought about them, they just looked at them as investors. We were able to fill 15,000, 20,000, $30,000 seminars back when everybody else was selling $500 ones
everybody JV has a revenue system. It is the integrated methodology and process they use first of all to target an audience, to attract an audience, to monetize an audience and what they do after that

Originality

6 / 20

Jay Abraham's core frameworks - preeminence, joint ventures, funnel vision - are decades-old IP that circulates widely in marketing circles; they are not reframed or extended meaningfully here. The JI Superclone's responses are entirely recycled AI boilerplate, including the Netflix DVD-to-streaming anecdote and Wayne Gretzky puck quote, offering zero contrarian or first-principles thinking.

Change is either your greatest ally or your worst enemy
how Netflix transition from DVDs to streaming wasn't just a response to market trends. It was a redefinition of the entertainment experience

Guest Caliber

10 / 20

Jay Abraham is a legitimate high-caliber practitioner with documented cross-industry consulting experience and real revenue outcomes he can cite, which warrants a solid score on its own. However, roughly half the guest airtime is occupied by JI Superclone, which is a chatbot producing generic marketing language - not a practitioner, not a thinker, not a relevant expert - and that materially drags the overall caliber down.

I have had the very rare privilege of being actively involved in over 1,000 separate industries, not businesses and approximately 7,200 and some odd 30 or 40 sub industries
I worked with three different experts who literally are masters of optimization and maximization

Specificity & Evidence

10 / 20

Jay Abraham supplies some genuinely concrete figures - $250M from newsletter partnerships, seminar prices of $15k - $30k vs. competitors' $500, 256 JV frameworks, consulting fees of $250k/year - but he consistently withholds the names of the key organizations he claims to have worked with ('the world's largest multivariable testing organization,' 'the world authority on Six Sigma'). The AI clone contributes zero named companies, metrics, or timelines beyond recycled examples.

I have 256 different ways to apply it now
We were able to fill 15,000, 20,000, $30,000 seminars back when everybody else was selling $500 ones

Conversational Craft

5 / 20

The host asks pre-scripted, non-probing questions and never challenges or follows up on any claim Jay Abraham makes; he frequently redirects airtime to promote Conscious Millionaire. The rigid alternating format between human and AI guest prevents any genuine dialogue, and the host repeatedly answers the AI clone's redirect questions with self-promotional monologues rather than sharpening the conversation.

Well, you know what? In the last seven days alone, uh, Jay, I have interacted with ChatGPT and produced over 100 pages of reports and deep analysis about how to turn Conscious Millionaire into a global movement
Well, I think that's a great question. And in fact, that's exactly what we're doing right now at Conscious Millionaires

I hope it's an amazing experience and one that you're going to take away. Really amazing nuggets you can immediately apply to your business if you're a longtime listener. Thank you for joining us again. I have a rare treat for you today. I don't have one. I have two featured guests and one is the clone of the other. I'm going to be interviewing Jay Abraham and JI Superclone. Jay, welcome to the show.

Speaker C: Thank you so much.

Speaker A: Well, I'm going to introduce, uh, Jay's daughter, Michelle Abraham. She is the one who programmed JI Superclone. Could you tell us more about how GI superclone was programmed, the purpose of JI Superclone, and how it's going to make entrepreneurship so much better because people, millions of people around the world are going to have access to, to the super clone, uh, even if they can't afford to work with Jay and his quarter million minimum payment, uh, that most people is way beyond what they can afford. This is truly democratizing, uh, Jay Abraham to the world.

Speaker D: Well, thank you, jv. We, um, appreciate being on the show and uh, this has been a labor of love and a legacy act for Jay. And what we've done is we have taken his life work, everything from keynotes to books to white papers to questionnaires to actual consultations, actual one on one whole entire relationships with people, on how Jay thinks, how Jay interacts with people. And we programmed the clone to, um, emulate his thinking process for the user. It's been, um, of probably 40 years of his IT and IP and all the other pieces that he's created. And it is designed so that it's a strategic thinking partner. It's not just for answers. It's not just to lecture you, but it's designed to be held accountable. It's designed to be a mirror, a, uh, companion and a sparring partner to get you to think a little deeper, think about what your real assets are, what your untapped opportunities are in the long run. One of the things that Jay's always wanted to make sure is that people never lose their imagination, or he calls it the Einstein effect of creativity. And the clone is really designed to keep helping you to see, um, different ways of looking at things or how to apply them. Um, one of the ways that you asked about the future, it's really hopefully going to keep, uh, asking people to define who they are in a clear way and to offer an opportunity where, like you had mentioned, they can work with Jay where it's more affordable if you want to see what he has to offer. You can see through the clone, uh, through interaction, what breakthrough thinking is, what it can do. Um, if you like what it is, you could spend $250,000 for a year to work with Jay personally, where the processing and intellectual interpretations are instantaneous. You can spend $25,000 and work with Jay in a group for a weekend. And here we've created this. So pretty much anyone can work with Jay 247 and get the same level of strategic partnership. I hope that answers your question.

Speaker A: Yeah, I think it's, um, amazing what you've done. And because I've had the opportunity to interact, uh, with JI the super clone, uh, I've gotten a first class experience because I've been able to ask strategic questions about my own company and go, okay, well, I know Jay. I know the kind of answers he might give. And the answers are very, very similar. I mean, they're really identical. And if I didn't know in many ways that I was interacting with a clone, especially visually, I would think I was interacting with Jay. So I think you've done A fantastic job. So let's jump in. Today we're going to talk about accessing infinite business opportunity and profits and I'm going to start with unlocking hidden revenue streams. My first question is for Jay. In your decades of experience, how have you consistently identified overlooked profit centers in business?

Speaker C: Well I think it starts with a unique gift, talent and world view that I have been able to gain because I have had the very rare privilege of being actively involved in over 1,000 separate industries, not businesses and approximately 7,200 and some odd 30 or 40 sub industries. So it's given me a very broader context of possibilities because no two industries think the same way, operate the same way, uh, market, sale, source, business monetize, their revenue system is different. And I've got the benefit of literally understanding thousands of different optionalities and alternatives. So I can see within a linear minded type business all kinds of underperformance. I also have had the very good fortune which is very rare. I worked with three different experts who literally are masters of optimization and maximization. Highest and better performance from time, effort, opportunity, people. Uh, Capital One was the deming organization that was, he's the father of process improvement optimization. And I learned how to look at a business and look at every interacted interconnected process that drives revenue and question whether what the way people were doing things was in fact the highest or the least yielding because it doesn't cost anymore to get much more yield out of everything. I worked with the world's largest multivariable uh, testing organization who tested a myriad of variables. Different ways of selling, different ways of saying things, different ways of advertising something, different ways merchandising in a store, different ways of following up on leads. And I got to look at enormous expansive variability how one way of doing something can outproduce another by orders of magnitude. Then I got to work with uh, the world authority on Six Sigma, which is they look at every process that's underperforming and they look appro, they improve it in ways others don't. Add to all that the fact that I have gotten to develop my own integrated hybrids for 40 years and been able to validate or invalidate them in uh, the only uh court that really means anything, the court of last resorts which is the real market by testing them on the front lines of capitalism. My understanding of how to look at a revenue system and everybody JV has a revenue system. It is the integrated methodology and process they use first of all to target an audience, to attract an audience, to monetize an audience and what they do after that. I can look at a revenue system and question every point. I can go on and on, but those are a few reasons I can do it.

Speaker A: Um, well, I now want to turn to JI the super clone. I want you to look from an AI perspective and say, how can AI help systematically uncover these hidden opportunities and profits that might elude human intuition?

Speaker E: AI can be a game changer in systematically uncovering hidden opportunities and profits, especially when human intuition might fall short. Let me break it down for you. First, AI excels at processing massive amounts of data at lightning speed. It can analyze customer behaviors, purchasing patterns, and even market trends that would take humans week, if not months, to decipher. This means you can identify untapped customer segments or overlook product opportunities almost instantly. Second, AI thrives on pattern recognition. It can spot anomalies or recurring trends in your operations, marketing, or sales data that might indicate inefficiencies or untapped revenue streams. For example, it might reveal that a certain demographic consistently abandons their carts at a specific step in the checkout process, allowing you to address that friction point and recover lost sales. Third, predictive analytics is a powerhouse. AI can forecast future trends based on historical data, helping you anticipate customer needs or market shifts before they happen. This proactive approach can position you ahead of competitors. Finally, AI can automate and optimize from dynamic pricing strategies to personalized marketing campaigns. It ensures you're maximizing ROI with precision. The key is integrating AI tools thoughtfully into your business processes. What specific area of your business do you think could benefit most from this kind of AI driven insight?

Speaker A: Well, thank you very much, JI super clone. Um, and now I want to shift to building a strategy of preeminence as a way to tap into infinite business opportunity and profits. And Jay, what does it truly mean to operate from a strategy of preeminence in today's crowded marketplace?

Speaker C: Well, I mean, we've talked in the past, you and I, uh, about the fact that being preeminent means that you have put the interest of your prospect, your client, your patient ahead of your own. That you basically are dedicated and everyone in your company is on a mission to enhance, to advance, to transform, to protect your clients best interest. When you are doing that, you are operating from a strata of drive, purpose, mission and motivation that is in most cases very different from most companies, that they're not avaricious, but they are, I would say, mostly superficial. They are in business transactionally to make money, not always to make a difference. The, uh, differential between a preeminent company today, tomorrow, in the future. And a generic one is, one is a commodity that has no, no unique advantage other than maybe they sell things cheaper. A preeminent company is clearly seen as the only viable choice, the very best, um, source and decision the right target audience will make. And when you are preeminent, you are not always jv. You're not everything to everybody. Normally a preeminent company divides and conquers. They understand the market, they serve and they want to serve and that they totally relate to and they don't try to basically relate to everyone. If you're someone who's going to be a, a price conscious buyer and I am basically the premier provider and I am premium price because the aggregate amount of different values and contributions and services and outcomes I produce are unimaginably superior. I can't lower myself to try to win the wrong person over. So they know who they serve and they are dedicated and they are unrelenting in their contribution. I don't know if that helps.

Speaker A: Uh, that was very helpful. I want to follow up with you. JI Super Clone. How can AI driven customer feedback and data analysis sustain preeminence in real time?

Speaker E: AI can amplify the strategy of preeminence by providing real time data and insights that allow you to serve your clients at an unparalleled level. When you're operating from a place of putting your clients best interest first, AI becomes a tool to deepen that commitment. For example, AI can analyze customer behavior in real time, identifying their preferences, pain points and unmet needs. This allows you to anticipate their desires and deliver solutions before they even articulate them. Moreover, AI driven personalization can create a tailored experience for each client, making them feel uniquely valued. Whether it's through dynamic pricing, customized product recommendations or hyper targeted messaging, AI ensures that every interaction reinforces your position as the most trusted advisor. AI also excels at uh, predictive analytics. It can forecast trends and potential challenges, enabling you to proactively guide your clients toward better outcomes. This foresight not only builds trust, but also positions you as indispensable in their decision making process. Additionally, AI can streamline operations, freeing up resources to focus on delivering transformative value. By automating routine tasks, you and your team can dedicate more energy to innovation and client engagement. How do you see AI fitting into your current efforts to build preeminence? JB Crumb?

Speaker A: Well, I see it as fitting in um, very clearly because we uh, at uh, Conscious Millionaire are all about preeminence. We care about our Customers. In fact, it's on our homepage. We care about you, your business and your well being. And I think that's different than a lot of companies. It's not transactional, it's transformational. We're here to transform our clients to a higher level. So thank you very much, Jay Superclone, for asking me a question. Uh, and now I want to shift to multiplying the impact of partnerships with Jay. I know that's one of your big areas. I'm curious, what is the most powerful partnership model that you've developed to drive geometric growth?

Speaker C: Well, let me answer and say that since I first became fixated on the upside leverage, the asymmetric growth potential in power partnerships, joint ventures, strategic alliances, uh, co branding, recommended provider status endorsements and uh, referral networks, I kept taking it deeper and deeper. So I, uh, have 256 different ways to apply it now. So to answer your question is a little bit, uh, a little bit challenging. But I'll give you a macro answer. The key to the easiest and the most lucrative hot possible joint ventures strategic alliance power partnership is when two companies come together that have the complementary same buyer. So if I am selling uh, digital marketing, but you are selling either SEO or I'm just using a real simple example, and a third person is selling website resets and another one is selling, um, email optimization, then you are all someone for whom someone is buying something before, during, after, instead at, you know, at the same time. So it's the perfect combination. Secondly is somebody that has a, an audience base. It can be email, it can be podcast, it can be uh, you know, buyer base that has a profile of being buyers of uh, the kind of products or services you sell. For example, I made, we generated $250 million, a quarter billion dollars when I was in the SE business by realizing that newsletters, financial newsletters back at that time were almost totally subscribed to by entrepreneurs and professionals who had money and ran businesses. Nobody had thought about them, they just looked at them as investors. We were able to fill 15,000, 20,000, $30,000 seminars back when everybody else was selling $500 ones because I targeted that. When you realize that there are these two dynamics. The one is people selling related items that are extensions or predecessors of uh, what you're doing. And then secondly, people that have audiences that uh, represent within it a high concentration of the same buyer. Now what makes the process so powerful is that when you have such a, a scenario, uh, when you have such a situation and the relationship that exists between the audience and the influence, whether it's a company, whether it's a podcaster, whether it's a publication, media platform. Now it's magic. Now it's amazing because if I trust you and you have the profile of the audience I want and you introduce me to that audience, and you encourage that audience who is appropriate to avail themselves of Jay Abraham's products or services or programs, then it is many times more probable that they will do that. So besides giving you access to very concentrated and highly, highly desirable high value buyers, it accelerates the, it shortens the timeline because, uh, trust is almost immediate and it gets many more responses. So everything about it is very. Oh also, you move fixed expense to variable. Most people spend anticipate an enormous amount on advertising that doesn't always pay off and even when it does, oftentimes the return, uh, the returns are less. The ROAS is not always that great. When you basically engineer multiple joint ventures, strategic alliances, partnerships, you are not speculating any money. You're only paying for results after they are produced and the money is in the bank. I can go on and um, on, but that's why I like it so much.

Speaker A: Well, and I think it's a powerful area. JI Superclone. I have a, a question that I think you are uniquely qualified to answer and I'm very excited to hear your answer. How can AI optimize both partner selection and create simulations to predict partner success?

Speaker E: AI can revolutionize partner selection and simulation in ways that amplify the power of joint ventures and strategic alliances. First, AI can analyze vast data sets to identify potential partners whose audience offerings or operational strengths complement yours. It can assess alignment based on factors like customer demographics, purchasing behaviors, and even shared values, ensuring you're targeting partners who enhance your mission of transformation, not just transactions. Second, AI can simulate partnership outcomes by modeling scenarios based on historical data and predictive analytics. For example, it can estimate the revenue impact of co branded campaigns or joint product launches, helping you prioritize partnerships with the highest potential roi. This takes the guesswork out of collaboration and allows you to focus on initiatives that deliver exponential growth. Third, AI can optimize communication and trust building by tailoring messaging to resonate with potential partners. It can analyze their communication style preferences and past collaborations to craft proposals that are more likely to be accepted. Lastly, AI can monitor and refine partnerships in real time, tracking performance metrics and suggesting adjustments to maximize impact. This ensures that your alliances remain dynamic and mutually beneficial. Given your focus at Conscious Millionaire on transformation and preeminence, leveraging AI in these ways could elevate your partnerships to a whole new level. How do you see this fitting into your current strategy?

Speaker A: Well, I think that's a great question. And in fact, that's exactly what we're doing right now at Conscious Millionaires. We're looking at who exactly do we want to bring in for different programs. We have that very clear. And then looking at who are the partners, who would be the best partners, because they already have those clients. And then they can benefit by sharing part of the revenue, by giving us access for the clients that we're looking for. So that's a great question. Thank you for asking that, uh, Ji,

Speaker D: now can I add one piece of, uh, AI side of it is that one thing that Jay mentioned, as far as all of the different criteria or checklists that you go through or the purpose, One of the things that AI is a little modest about is it actually helps you to figure out what your boundaries are in the relationships, what work needs to be done, and figuring out if you're asking the right questions of the partnership, of who's going to take the responsibilities. And that's some of the things that you think of as you're programming it, uh, where its boundaries are, where your boundaries are. And I hope that that helps to thank you.

Speaker A: And I think that's a very important area so that you know where you want the partnership to begin and where you want it to end. You don't want it to wander over here. It's not really what you're looking for out of that partnership. But we're going to be right back. We're going to take a short break. We'll be back with Jay the Human and Ji the Super Clone.

Speaker B: This is JV Crum III, founder of ConsciousMillionaire.com. i'm a serial entrepreneur with two successful exits and over $75 million in sales. I've trained and advised thousands of founders to become ultra performers. They wanted the same things you do. A, uh, fast growing, highly profitable business that makes a difference. And here's what I've learned. Most founders actually don't break out out because they can't see their own blind spots or the shifts necessary to scale faster and more profitably. If you're a service or tech founder doing 250,000 to 5 million and ready for your breakout book your complimentary breakout session now@meetwithjv.com now in this session, we'll identify your impossible goal, uncover what's holding you back, and map your fastest path to a highly profitable scalable business spots are limited. So go now to meet with JV.com again. Go to meetwithjv.com

Speaker A: welcome back. I'm JB Crumb III, host of the Conscious Millionaire show and I'm here on a very special thanks featured show because we have two featured experts today, Jay Abraham the Human and his super clone JI and we're going to now focus on redefining the learning model for entrepreneurs. So Jay, my question for you is how do you see entrepreneurial learning needing to evolve over the next five years?

Speaker C: It's fascinating. I became an accidental business tourist. And by that I mean my earlier career, I don't want to get too deep, was very transitory. I was involved in so many speculative endeavors that were purely commission based, no fixed salary. And I did it in a multitude of industries, not just uh, businesses. And it gave me the realization that understanding the spectrum of alternatives and possibilities gave you an enormous advantage over people who basically all followed the herd and did the same thing the same way fast forward. It gave birth to my belief system that's called funnel vision versus tunnel vision. And tunnel vision was predicated on the assumption that most people pretty much do the same thing the same way, a little bit better, a little bit worse. And all they can possibly achieve at most is incremental growth. And that by thinking that best practices is something everybody should be able to get excited about. If you're the first one to learn a best practice, you have a short window of advantage. But sooner or later all your contemporaries do it. And it's just standard operating procedure. There was a book, jv that came out about three years ago. It was called Range R A N G E and the, and it was by a man named Epstein. The uh, subject matter and the press. And the hypothesis uh, that the man advocated was that the people that will own dominance and success in the second half of this century are the ones that have the most range. Because most people are predicating their decisions on either hindsight or insight. And that foresight in the future is going to be very dynamic. So the more expanse of understanding you continually grasp and understanding not just those areas that seemingly are the most relevant to um, your business, but, but everything beyond that. And there is another denomination, uh, of that other dimension. There was a book that was written many years ago about how to create breakthrough ideas. And the premise in a nutshell said there's a very simple process. You've got to basically command your brain to know the problem or the opportunity it's trying to solve. Then you have to take in everything you can about the subject. But this was the kicker then you want to take in everything you can about anything else. Because the anything else is the catalyst that creates the breakthroughs and the unique interpretation and the non linear approaches that blow up, uh, performance and uh, explode achievement. I think that the people who are going to own the future, and I'm talking entrepreneurs, we're not talking about, uh, tactical specialists, are going to be the people that understand a lot more than anybody else from a lot more vantage points and they allow their, their grasp of not just, not just diverse business and not just diverse psychology, but also diverse uh, facets of business. There's a very interesting challenge to a precept when you hear the word R and D. Most people think of two different applications, pharmaceutical and technology. And yet R D is applicable to every facet of business. You want to research and understand and develop new ways of marketing, selling, positioning, managing, optimizing, cash flow management. And it's going to require a whole different way of thinking. But the best news possible is that you can use AI. Either you, uh, could default and you can allow your IQ to diminish by just basically letting it be your brain, or you can guide it with very provocative questions and turn it into a meaningful, collaborative, stimulating and intellectually expanding thinking partner. Which I hope people will do. But that's probably more answer than you want.

Speaker A: Uh, it is a complete answer, Jay, and I would expect nothing less from you. Now JI Superclone, I have a question that again is very much uh, one that you are an expert because of the AI component of who you are. Can you, uh, tell us what AI driven personalized learning can mean to accelerate founder capability and their strategic thinking?

Speaker E: Entrepreneurial evolution over the next five years will hinge on adaptability, diverse thinking and leveraging technology like never before. Entrepreneurs who succeed will be those who break free from funnel vision, the tendency to follow conventional paths and instead embrace range. This means drawing insights from diverse industries, disciplines, and even seemingly unrelated fields to create innovative solutions and strategies. AI will play a pivotal role in this evolution. It will enable entrepreneurs to analyze vast amounts of data to uncover hidden opportunities, predict trends, and optimize operations. But beyond technology, the human element will remain critical. Entrepreneurs will need to cultivate emotional intelligence, build authentic relationships, and focus on creating transformational, not transactional, value for their clients. The future will also demand a shift from incremental growth to exponential thinking. This involves not just improving existing systems, but reimagining them entirely. Entrepreneurs will need to ask better questions, challenge assumptions and explore unconventional approaches to problem solving. Ultimately, the entrepreneurs who thrive will be those who combine strategic thinking with a relentless commitment to innovation and value creation. They'll need to be both visionaries and pragmatists, balancing big picture goals with the practical steps needed to achieve them. How do you see these ideas aligning with your vision for Conscious Millionaire?

Speaker A: Well, you know what? In the last seven days alone, uh, Jay, I have interacted with ChatGPT and produced over 100 pages of reports and deep analysis about how to turn Conscious Millionaire into a global movement. And by accessing all those different ideas, it's given me the beginning of a game plan, uh, to how to grow Conscious Millionaire to the next stage. So that's a great question. Uh, the next area I want to go to is navigating disruption both today and in the future. And Jay, when we're facing market disruption, because those are the real, that's really, the big opportunities are, um, typically disruptive. What strategic pivots have you found to be most effective?

Speaker C: Well, I'll tell you, there's an adage, and most people hear it, they shake their head and they totally, totally disregard it. The time to repair the roof is when the sun shines, not when there's a terrible hailstorm poking holes in it and the rain is thunderous. So what I think people need to do is start experimenting and studying. There's a great quote from the famous management consultant Peter Drucker. This is way before AI ever existed. He died 10 so years ago. He said, if you and your business aren't committed, if you aren't committed to making your current business model, uh, approach obsolete, you can best, uh, you can know with certainty that your competitors are committed to do it to you and for you. So, I mean, it's only, only a matter of time. Change is either your greatest ally or your worst enemy. And if you wait for it to happen, you are forced to be reactive. If you choose to be proactive, you acknowledge that change is inevitable and it's going to be more profound and more exponential. You try to understand categories of change and where they are going. The old Wayne Gretzky, that he never went to where the puck was hit, he went to where it knew it would end up, right?

Speaker D: He knew.

Speaker C: So you've got to start being a very proactive thinker, assuming without being negative, because you can't change it, that change is going to be dramatic, constant. If you're not on top of change and you aren't prepared to capitalize on it, then you're going to get your head handed to you. So I mean, I look at competition, I mean, if you think of business as a competitive sport and you either play it as, um, a champion, if, uh, it's a business team, or if it's an individual, as a champion athlete, and you play not just to win a game, you play to win the championship. It requires a game plan and a playbook that is very different than your competition with regard to the future. If you play it to win. You get excited about being ahead of the curve. You get excited about looking at trends, you get excited about looking at developments that are breakthrough and then reflecting on how it's going to positively ah and adversely affect your business. You are constantly experimenting, you are constantly testing, you are taking a small portion of your revenue or profits and you're using it for derivatives of the R and D I just talked about. But that R and D is technological AI driven. And if you do that, you'll always be ahead of everybody. If you are not just contemplative. It's one thing to know, it's another thing to act and do. So they're very different. So that's my answer.

Speaker A: Well, it's all about being proactive about what could be disruptive in the future. And I want to tag on that with you. Uh, JI super clone. How can AI quickly detect early signals of disruption and create adaptive strategies for preparing for the future?

Speaker E: Navigating disruption is about embracing it as an opportunity rather than a threat. The most effective strategic pivots I've seen start with a mindset shift, viewing change as a catalyst for reinvention. Peter Drucker's insight about making your own business model obsolete before someone else does is spot on. It's not just about reacting to disruption. It's about anticipating it and positioning yourself ahead of the curve. One key pivot is to diversify your perspective. Study industries outside your own to uncover strategies and innovations that can be adapted. For example, how Netflix transition from DVDs to streaming wasn't just a response to market trends. It was a redefinition of the entertainment experience. That kind of foresight comes from constantly questioning what's next. Another pivot is to build agility into your operations. This means experimenting with new approaches, testing them on a small scale and scaling what works. AI can be a powerful ally here, helping you analyze trends, simulate outcomes and refine strategies in real time. Lastly, focus on customer centric innovation. Disruption often creates new pain points for customers. If you can solve those faster and better than anyone else, you'll not only survive disruption, you'll thrive because of it. How do you see Conscious Millionaire embracing these pivots?

Speaker A: Well you know, that's a fantastic question. As we speak J, I am in the process of interviewing co founders and starting a SaaS business that will be complimentary to Conscious Millionaires coaching and training business to bring the two together. Because I see that as the, the future of how to take Conscious Millionaire to millions of people around the world. So our final area is going to be on the next frontier of business opportunity. I'll start with Jay. What do you believe will be the greatest untapped opportunities for founders and entrepreneurs in the next three to five years?

Speaker C: Well, I think it's going to be service businesses that use AI to either enhance, protect, enrich or basically expand either individuals or businesses performance capabilities, achievement capabilities, operational capabilities. Uh, I was reading a prospectus somebody sent me to raise money and it's a company that invests in technology companies in Israel. And it was analyzing that they're predicting explosive growth in all kinds of service technological driven companies that are going to basically enhance the human experience, enhance the entrepreneurial experience, enhance the uh, family experience, enhance the investing experience, enhance the longevity, fitness, uh, restorative health experience. So if you wanted to basically go where the is headed, it's there. I think that if you're going to stay, there's another. There are certain businesses that I don't believe will be, will be made out, that will be made obsolete by AI that will be enhanced. I have a client for example that has a franchise that, that operates uh, restorative, uh, you know, restoration services. When there's some kind of a, either a crisis or a catastrophe or more often just a unexpected problem and they can't stop. We can't stop pipes from breaking. We can't stop fires from occurring in ovens and electrical and microwaves. We can't stop washers from uh, having the connections start leaking in the refrigerators. We can't stop kids from leaving the water running in the sink upstairs. We can't stop mold from occurring when there's water damage. We can't stop hail from putting holes in the ceiling. So there are going to be many different industries and categories of business that can't be, they can't be obsoleted by AI and AI will only make them more effective. I think you should look one of two things either at enduring and endurable businesses that will only be made stronger, that you cannot ever replace with uh, technology but it will only enhance their effectiveness, their efficiency, their performance and their operating expenses. And I think you've got to choose whether you start a business or whether you, you, you identify am I in a business that has got the highest probability of growing and thriving because of AI or being diminished by AI and uh, that depending on the answer, you have to make decisions. You either sell the business, you close the business and get into more conforming to what I said or you start a business that uh, that is in alignment with the jetstream. That's my best reasoned immediate answer.

Speaker A: I love your answer. And we're going to get it enhanced by your clone JI super clone. I want to tag on that. And from an AI perspective, looking at all of the data that you have access to the amazing opportunities based on global trends over the next five years, what would you recommend? Service based or tech based? Founders prioritize as some of the areas that they begin to focus on either as a new business or like we're doing at Conscious Millionaire, opening a complimentary business or making a pivot in their company. But what would be some of those opportunities? You would suggest Founders start prioritizing.

Speaker E: The greatest untapped opportunities for founders and entrepreneurs in the next three to five years will center around leveraging AI to create transformative service driven businesses. AI is poised to enhance human potential across nearly every domain, from operational efficiency to personal well being. Entrepreneurs who can harness AI to solve real world problems, whether it's optimizing business processes, improving health outcomes or enriching daily life, will be at the forefront of this wave. For example, AI driven SaaS, platforms that integrate seamlessly with coaching and training businesses like what you're envisioning with Conscious Millionaire are a, uh, prime opportunity. These platforms can provide personalized learning experiences, predictive analytics for client success, and even automate routine tasks, allowing coaches to focus on high value transformational work. Additionally, industries like restorative health, crisis management and sustainability are ripe for disruption. I can revolutionize how we approach preventative care, disaster recovery and environmental challenges. Think about businesses that use AI to predict and mitigate risk. Whether it's in health, home maintenance or even financial planning. These are areas where demand will only grow. The key is to prioritize opportunities that align with your mission while addressing pressing needs. How do you see your SaaS venture aligning with these trends to create exponential impact?

Speaker A: Well, it's a great question. Well, you know, I'm looking at it from the standpoint of how do we help entrepreneurs through coaching, training and AI enhanced software. Do what my next book's title suggests. Achieve your impossible by Performing at higher levels and being able to accomplish that which right now you don't think you can achieve. So that I'll give you, is the overwhelming way, uh, that we're going to be bringing forth Conscious Millionaire to help
