There are a handful of genuine operational insights (niche-language strategy to reduce competition, AI being actively used by black hats to farm contracts, parallel manual+AI review workflow, audit-prompt MD files as a red flag) but they are heavily diluted by extended filler: Windows nostalgia, diet commentary, drug advocacy, and sponsor self-promotion.
