Five dimensions, 20 points each
This season finale finds Lisa Sasevich reflecting on a decade of success with her Invisible Clothes Sales Systems, which has generated over $40 million in sales across 134 countries and served 15,000+ clients. At 51, she's consciously dismantling the machine that made her successful - the twice-yearly 300-500 person events, seven-figure affiliate launches, and year-round mastermind program - to pursue what she calls a 'reboot' or 'right-sizing.' Rather than coast on a proven model, Sasevich is shifting toward high-level VIP work, reconnecting with family (her teens are now 13 and 16), deepening philanthropic engagement (including hands-on volunteer work in Guatemala with Global Dental Relief), and preparing for the April 2020 launch of her Hay House book, Meant for More, which outlines her formula for turning expertise into profit. She frames this transition through her three-step inspired action framework: listen to your inner compass and the 'taps' (subtle nudges), act quickly on inspiration, and trust the action taken despite discomfort. The discussion appeals to mission-driven entrepreneurs and knowledge workers considering their own lifecycle transitions.
Listen means paying attention to spiritual downloads, gut feelings, or 'taps' - subtle nudges that indicate you should take action. Act means taking inspired action as quickly as possible after receiving that inspiration. Trust means standing by the action you took, even if it causes discomfort or others question it, because the inspiration came from a higher place.
After 10 years and $40+ million in sales, she wanted to create white space in her life to reconnect with family (both her teenage children), deepen personal relationships, take on more hands-on philanthropic work, and allow new directions to emerge naturally rather than continuing to scale the proven machine indefinitely.
Meant for More, published by Hay House in April 2020, outlines a proven formula for turning knowledge into profit. It's targeted at sophisticated professionals (particularly baby boomers) who have expertise but lack a clear plan to monetize or share it, expanding beyond Lisa's traditional audience of mission-driven entrepreneurs building businesses.
An incremental gain is a small, predictable improvement (like a 10% raise staying within your current paradigm), while a quantum leap is a significant, life-changing shift (like moving from $50,000 to $120,000 annual income through leveraging unique value), creating real freedom and new possibilities.
Drawing on Price Pritchett's You Squared, Lisa notes that discomfort is a predictable psychological reaction when taking inspired action toward significant growth; rather than interpreting it as a stop signal, it should be reframed as confirmation that a quantum leap is underway.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode is almost entirely a personal life update, farewell, and book promotion with minimal actionable insight for operators. The one named framework ('listen, act, trust') is trivially simple and surrounded by substantial motivational filler.
listen, act, trust. Those are the three steps.
a lot of people are getting ready to get ready. No, we want to be moving, right?
Every framework or idea cited is borrowed and well-worn in self-help circles - Oprah's 'taps vs. two by four,' Maxwell Maltz's Psycho-Cybernetics, and Price Pritchett's quantum leap concept. There is no contrarian or first-principles thinking originating from the host.
Oprah says, if you don't take the taps, you'll get the two by four.
uneasiness is a predictable psychological reaction when a quantum leap is underway
This is a solo episode with no guest. Lisa has real practitioner credentials (Inc. 500, $40M+ business), but the episode functions as a personal farewell monologue rather than any substantive knowledge transfer from a qualified operator.
this wonderful business has, you know, grown to the tune of doing well, over $40 million in sales since it started
I had my 20th consecutive seven-figure event in a row in 10 years
A handful of concrete business metrics are cited (20 consecutive seven-figure events, $40M in cumulative sales, 15,000 clients, 134 countries, Inc. 500), and a few real names are dropped (John Maxwell, Jack Canfield, Jeff Walker), but these specifics are crowded out by vague motivational content for most of the runtime.
20th consecutive seven-figure event in a row in 10 years
we were on the team to help John Maxwell lead his events that, design his events that led to his huge certification program
There is no interviewer, no questions, no follow-up, and no pushback - this is an unstructured solo monologue. By definition, no conversational craft can be demonstrated or evaluated.

Lisa is here to lift you up, show you a new perspective, and open your world to what's possible for you, helping way more people, making way more money, and making the difference you were born to make. hi this is lisa sasevich thank you so much for joining me and welcome to the boost your sales and lifestyle show season four this is our final episode and wrap up of season four and i wanted to use today to share a little bit about what I've been up to, what I can see about where I'm going, some exciting things that are coming up that will impact and contribute to you, and some lessons that I'm learning and that are being highlighted along the way in this journey.
Obviously, you're here at the Boost Your Sales and Lifestyle Show because you've got some work, some knowledge, some expertise, some coaching, some services that you want to get out in the world in a bigger way. That's why we boost our sales, right? It's a representation of the difference we're making. And you care that you do that resulting in a lifestyle that is fitting for you.
And, you know, as we go through life there, we've got some times in life where we want to travel more and sometimes we want to travel less. And sometimes when we're in a high growth mode and other times where, you know, we really want to create some space in our life. So I have definitely been in all of those phases. And so the first thing I want to do now is just share a little bit about what's transpired for me in this 51st year of my life.
It was so fun turning 50 last year. And I have to say in April, when I had that 51st birthday, it was like, wow, there's really something solid that's emerged inside of me. And there's an inner compass that feels really strong. And there is a practice that I have been, you know, listening to myself, to my trusted source, to, you know, just that inner knowing more and more as time goes by.
So one of the things that started happening for me, gosh, almost a year back. It's just been developing little by little. By the way, it's been 10 years now, a decade of success in this current business that we call the invisible clothes sales systems. And we've served over 15,000 clients all over the world.
In fact, 134 countries at last count. And what I really want to say that's been happening is I've been coming to the noticing, the appreciation, the reality of the abundance, the financial abundance, the abundance of contribution that has happened in my life over the last 10 years as we teach our how to sell without being salesy systems to mission-driven entrepreneurs. And really, it is beyond anything I ever dreamed of, beyond really any vision board I ever made when I look at my life.
I'm so grateful from a health, abundance, and contribution standpoint. So I first want to say I feel truly blessed. And having you right here right now listening and being interested and allowing me to make my contribution to you, I feel truly blessed for that. Sometimes I like to say at the end of my live events, I would implode without you.
And I feel that right now. So I really want to make sure you know that. So I did a lot of introspection in the last year. And as part of wrapping up this season, what I want to share is, you know, it didn't just come smoothly.
As I was looking and starting to feel that there's a transition happening for me, there's certainly some resistance to that coming up, especially because what I've created here in this business and helped so many entrepreneurs to model is like a Cinderella story of what you can have in a business, being able to make a difference, being able to make great money doing it, feeling mission driven and purposeful. I know I searched so many years to get to here. And so, you know, there's some resistance when it feels like, ooh, something's wanting to open up, something's wanting to shift or change.
But I really came to see maybe six months back that I want to create more white space in my life. kind of like a right sizing. This wonderful business has, you know, grown to the tune of doing well, over $40 million in sales since it started for sure. And I really just want to take a pause and have an I did it moment.
You know, I set out 10 years ago to work from home, be available for my kids more than I could be if I was, you know, running around the country, traveling in a corporate job like I used to, really have my own choice and say about that. I wanted to create financial abundance for myself and my family for the rest of our lives. And I was really committed to doing it all with my gift, with my blessing, with discovering that unique value that was mine and getting it out in the world.
And I know I'm not the only one who has this vision. Maybe you have some vision or some overlap with that. And so I really felt at this 10-year mark that it's time to step out and say, I did it. That the systems that we teach and that we use work.
That what we call the leverage progression plan on how you can sell to more than one person at a time with your speak to sell talk or using events with our event profit secret model. Or if you are gonna be selling to one person, that it be a high ticket offer. Really, how can you be profitable and have your lifestyle and make a difference? And the model worked.
I did it. We did it. My amazing team and I really helped a lot of people. And I was able to fill all those personal goals.
So now I'm moving into a place of reboot. I guess the best word to describe it is right sizing Just a chance to create what I call some white space in my life to take down the big machine we have of having you know large three four 500 person events twice a year and doing big affiliate online marketing launches that are, you know, seven figures of our products sold all in a few weeks, once or twice a year. And even running our year long mastermind program that had a specific cycle and always a hundred people or more in it.
That whole machine works and we still teach how to do it. I believe we are the best at teaching how to do it. And I don't know if, I don't think anyone has more experience doing it and teaching it than I do. In fact, I'm proud to say that this year in 2019, a few months back, I had my 20th consecutive seven-figure event in a row in 10 years.
What that means is twice a year for the last 10 years, we did a live event that contributed great value, like our Speak to Sell live event, and also resulted in over a million dollars of back-end sales every single event, 20 events done over a 10-year period. So I know that our model works. I know that our event profit secrets class works. I know that our class that teaches you how to speak from other people's stages in order to fill your events, speak to sell, works because it worked for us and we proved it over and over, not just with ourselves, but with our clients.
For me, I feel like I got it. I want to jump off that hamster wheel. I have jumped off that hamster wheel. It was wonderful.
It did its job. It created everything I wanted. And now I want to, you know, transform that cycle in my life. So the model works and I'm ready for a new flow.
So what's been beautiful is, you know, the white space is starting to come. We had our last event. For those of you that don't know, we did our last online marketing seven figure partner launch where lots of people promote us. We took, take a break from that.
And, and our mastermind as we know it, which, which was called the sassy mastermind is also widening down in its last semester. And it's given me some space, which I'm just starting to step into to reconnect with myself, with my family. My, both my kids are turning teen right now, as we speak, my daughter's turning 13 and my son 16. And, you know, I'm in a wonderful relationship that's advancing and beautiful.
And, you know, we're, we're shacking up now and really enjoying the family feeling of that. So yeah, I want to reconnect with myself, my family, and feel into what else is also important in life. And sometimes when we've got a lot going on on our plate, like I have for the last 10 years of this business, it's hard to create the space to really let emerge what else wants to emerge. It kind of reminds me of meditation, how we sit still.
Maybe if you've ever done transcendental meditation, we sit still, you know, in the stillness things arise. And so I am creating and in the process of creating some of that stillness. So it was perfect that this season is coming to a pause, coming to an end actually right now. When will the podcast be back?
What will it be called? I don't know, But I will give you a couple of sneak peeks of what I do know. You know, some other reasons I'm taking the white space, and I share this with you in case you might be in a similar place in life, that maybe you would give yourself permission to start to even think like this. But, you know, I've been in the position to be a generous philanthropist.
We've been able to tithe and give to our students, to our clients, to our friends, to our family, to organizations, to people, places, and institutions that... inspire me and my team. So we've been able to give a lot of money. And I'm in a place right now where yes, I still want to do that.
But I also want to get my hands dirty a little more. I just got back from two weeks in Guatemala with my kids. And we for a solid week of that time, we worked 10 hour days in a pediatric dental clinic with a company, wonderful organization to check out called Global dental relief. They go all over the world.
And we gave and we did pediatric dentistry chairside as assistants and sterilizing hygiene equipment and doing fluoride and just looking into the precious eyes of these beautiful children in Guatemala, some of them receiving the very first dental care of their life. So yes, I want to keep giving money, but I also want to give more of myself and call it get my hands dirty phase. And in this space, I also know that there's a next cut arising for me in this phase of my life, this second half, you could call it.
Now, this is where kind of the new news comes in. Some of you know, I have a book being published by Hay House in April of 2020 called Meant for More. I'm super excited about it. It's about the proven formula to turn your knowledge into profit.
You know, that's what I've done. That's what we've been helping our clients do. And I really want to expand our reach in helping people that are out there that are really, you know, looking to take their harder knowledge out into the world in a bigger way, but maybe don't have a plan. In fact, it very well may be that, you know, that the folks that I'll be serving next are, you know, sophisticated baby boomers that they're not really in the, you know, starting to earn a living phase.
Like, you know, many of my clients over the last 10 years looking to earn a living with their own thing. But I know there's also a group of people entering the market that are, you know, maybe getting ready to retire with a great deal of knowledge and don't have a plan. So that's what's been showing up in my space lately. We'll see.
But if golf course retirement is not your plan and you really want to know how to organize your knowledge, our meant for more book includes the meant for more formula, which really is a proven formula on how to turn that knowledge into profit. So I'm excited about that. I'm excited to help more people really make the jump into getting their expertise out there in a bigger way. I know there are many people out there that feel like they dying inside shrinking living in a just okay day life And you know there is also side with that in all of us a feeling that won go away.
And it is the feeling and the knowing that you are meant for more, you know, the longing that you might have or discontent that you might have. They're all indications from spirit that you know that you were meant for more. So I'll be really, really looking forward to sharing our new meant for more book. I hope that you're connected to me in a way that I can keep you posted as the book starts to become pre-release and you can order and share it with your friends.
A couple of the ways to make sure that you do get those early notifications are number one, you can connect with me on Facebook on our fan page. You can just go to LisaSasevichFan.com. It'll take you right there to like our fan page.
And you can, of course, find me under my name on Instagram. And another way that's even more direct is if you go to LisaSasevich.com, you'll see right on our website a place where you can download our Irresistible Offer Blueprint. Kind of gets you started in our work.
And then you'll, of course, be on my email list and you'll get notifications as we are coming up with more around the meant for more launch and release and sharing and lessons and all of that good stuff. So I guess you could say I am in my own meant for more journey and really, really excited. It kind of, because one of my clients said it kind of reminds them of a Seinfeld going off the air, like, you know, they're so popular and doing really well as are we. And, and then, you know, they went off the air or I remember watching the final episode of game of Thrones.
I hadn't really watched the whole series. I hear the final episode really wasn't their best episode, but the point being it was so hot and then they had a final episode and yeah, I'd really rather, you know, take a pause consciously. One of the lessons that I teach in the meant for more book is it's about taking inspired action. And I'm, and I am living in that lesson right now.
Don't like to teach stuff I'm not doing right. you got to be congruent. And one of the, so inspired action means that when you get the inspiration, you get that, oh, I should do this, or this is kind of gnawing at me, or I'm having this recurring thought, that you take the action, you know, as close to the time where you get the inspiration as you can. And so I'm in that phase.
And one of the, we have the three-step formula that is really designed to help you take inspired action. And by the way, these are for high vibe thoughts, you know, thoughts that move forward that inspire. So they're usually like, hey, I should approach that person or I should, they have a lot of like, I should thoughts too. Like I should tithe to that person.
I should give this person serving me a really big tip, or I should buy this program to advance myself. I should propose, you know, they're thoughts that come up. And a lot of times we talk ourselves out of them. And I definitely went through that phase when I first started having the inkling that, oh, there's a new phase wanting to happen for me in this next decade.
So it took a minute, but the more I got what I call the taps, those like little tugs on your skirt, things that you hear. Oprah says, if you don't take the taps, you'll get the two by four. So one of the formula that I have for making sure that you live a life of inspired action, because that is what creates the magic in life. And it is part of the meant for more formula that we'll talk about in the book.
But the formula for inspired action, I call listen, act, trust. Those are the three steps. Listen is kind of like, again, when you start getting those taps or hearing those messages or getting that spiritual download, however that comes to you, maybe it's a gut feeling that you really do pay attention. You know, they say like the tap versus the two by four, your doctor might give you a little notice about something you need to pay attention to.
and then if you don't pay attention to it, wham, you could end up with the big bad news, right? So it's always better to hear the taps. And then the soon as you really get that tap, that feeling, the knowing, the sooner you can do step two, which is act, you'll see that the more your life will start vibing in an amazing direction with abundance, contribution, and really what you want for yourself. So there's a quote by Maxwell Maltz that I love.
He was one of the, I think he wrote Psycho Cybernetics many years ago that talks about, you know, even a step in the wrong direction is better than staying on the spot all your life. Once you're moving forward, then your automatic guidance system can start to course correct you as you go. Now I'm paraphrasing, but the quote is really saying you've got to be moving forward, kind of like a high performance vehicle, you know, when, when it's, when the keys and the ignition turned on and you're moving, you've got all the features, right?
Power steering versus when it's parked. And, you know, so we want our car moving forward. So listen, act, you know, and once you're moving forward, then the course correction and getting you on the right track can happen, but can't happen if you're standing still and just thinking about it. You know, a lot of people are getting ready to get ready.
No, we want to be moving, right? So there's listen and then act. And that's really what I started to do as I started to, you know, really dismantle the big company machine that we had, big for a home-based company, for sure, a multimillion dollar company, an Inc. 500 company, and really move myself more into, that's almost like the sole proprietor days.
I'm doing a lot of a high-level VIP client work. People are coming to me that have their own events. They want their own mastermind. They want to fill their certification programs.
Like, you know, we were on the team to help John Maxwell lead his events that, design his events that led to his huge certification program, or, you know, recently got the privilege to work with greats like Jack Canfield, or, you know, just had a fun call with Jeff Walker, just giving advice that we've learned from how to have your events attract and convert more people into longer term high ticket clients. So as I've been, you know, kind of dismantling the machine of two events a year and two launches a year and our mastermind opening twice a year, I've been taking those actions and just inspired action inspired action inspired action listen act And then the third step is trust And as I and stepped into trust and as we in our final months of delivering our current mastermind program it's been beautiful.
I've had a lot of amazing people, some of them right out of my own mastermind and client base, coming to do VIP high-level work with me, been speaking, still speaking and offering our Speak to Sell and Event Profit Secrets programs on other people's stages. So doing that, we're just a smaller shop. It's a right sizing, you could say. And so, you know, my question to you is, where might you need to listen that you you've been getting the taps, but you haven't been listening.
And you want to be proactive instead of getting the big two by four. Right? You know, I like to say I'm causing this trans, I'm causing this transformation. I mean, there's a level of which that, you know, spirit, God, you know, my trusted source is, of course, running the show.
But I'm proactively stepping into it versus being dragged through it. And it feels good. So I'm trusting the moves I'm making. And I'm just starting to see what my meant for more path is looking like.
I'm excited to be partnering with Hay House in this next phase with the launch of the meant for more book. and you know where I just to take you on the journey with me where is there a place in your life where you've been getting the taps but you have not acted or maybe you've acted but you haven't trusted the action you took that third part listen act trust the trust one I'll tell you and I've noticed this especially with us ladies sometimes we listen we take an action but then we kind of freak out inside.
We question, we wonder if we, you know, did the right thing. We second guess ourselves or we run it by someone who's really not in the same space we're in and they don't get it. And then we start to not get our own move. So, so be careful of that.
You want to move forward, listen, act. And then I think the hardest part is to trust the action you took, regardless of, you know, outside input or even your own possible self-doubt that could arise. Just trust that you were inspired. If you acted on inspiration, that came from a higher place.
And you acted based on that. And now it's time to stand in that and trust. And, you know, one of the things I love what Price Pritchett says in his book, You Squared, one of my favorite little books, he says, uneasiness is a predictable psychological reaction when a quantum leap is underway. And I know I'm definitely getting uncomfortable and it feels good.
I've learned to interpret that as a good thing. When you first start to listen, act, trust, and to take inspired action, it will likely make you uncomfortable. But the game here is to interpret discomfort as you're growing, especially if it came from inspired action. It came from a high vibe thought that you trusted, you acted on.
Sometimes, you know, we're taught that if it's just uncomfortable, we should run away from it or we should stop. But if you are taking inspired action and that's what's causing your discomfort, maybe you can reinterpret that, that that is, as Price Pritchett said, and that uneasiness is a predictable psychological reaction when a quantum leap is underway. And a quantum leap, guys, I mean, the definition, right, that is a, that's a big leap forward. It's not just a little incremental gain.
An incremental gain is like you're making $50,000 a year and you get a 10% raise and the next year you make $55,000. It's nice, but it doesn't change your life. It's not a quantum leap. The quantum leap is you're making $50,000 a year and all of a sudden you realize maybe it's when you read the meant for more book or listen to me today that you've got a unique value that you could provide more contribution and you go from $50,000 to $120,000 in a year.
Now that can change your life, right? Now we're talking, you know, doing nice things for yourself or your partner, your spouse, or college for your kids, or starting to save for retirement, or that vacation you've been wanting to take. Those are freedom-based things. So I love it, you know, what Price Pritchett says about this uneasiness being what we, what is predictable when a quantum leap is underway.
And taking inspired action will lead to that in many cases. So really, this is me here today, just sharing the inspired action, the reboot, the right sizing that I'm taking. If you're still looking to do our courses, they're still available at lisasasovich.com.
