The trading gives Bending Spoons a market value of $25.7 billion. That compares with a valuation of about $14.5 billion in 2025, after a funding round comprised of $270 million in primary capital and $440 million in secondary capital and a $2.8 billion debt package, according to PitchBook data. Bending Spoons was formed in 2013 and derived its name from a scene in the 1990s science-fiction film The Matrix.
