Five dimensions, 20 points each
This finale episode serves as both a personal reflection and a business roadmap from Yong Pratt, founder of Amplify Your Awesome. Facing a significant life transition - her oldest daughter's college departure and hybrid schooling arrangements with her youngest - Pratt explains why Season 5 is concluding and how she's redirecting her energy. Rather than pushing through hustle culture, she's leaning into ease, health, and intentional living while preparing for Q4 launches. The core of her message centers on her signature methodology: mining existing content for maximum leverage and converting it into revenue streams without requiring more creation effort. Pratt walks through upcoming offerings including the three-day Content Cash Machine Challenge, her flagship Your Content Gold Mine program, and several books she's completing. She references frameworks from Kate Northrup's Origin Community and recent guest episodes (Savannah Schiavo on confidence and hustle redefined). This episode targets coaches, course creators, and transformation-focused entrepreneurs who are exhausted by constant content production and seeking systems to repurpose what they've already built. The emphasis throughout is on stepping off the "content creation hamster wheel" and recognizing content as a reusable asset rather than a disposable output.
She's concluding the season due to significant life transitions - her oldest daughter starting college and managing a hybrid schooling arrangement with her youngest daughter - combined with needing to prioritize her business projects launching in Q4, including the Content Cash Machine Challenge and Your Content Gold Mine program.
It's Yong Pratt's signature experience designed to help entrepreneurs create powerful systems to repurpose their existing content and turn it into cash without requiring more creation effort, lasting approximately six months to a year.
Yong Pratt expects Season 6 to launch in early to mid-October (Q4), though she emphasized that exact dates are subject to change based on how her other projects develop.
It's a three-day live experience that will precede and lead into the launch of the Your Content Gold Mine program, helping entrepreneurs identify and activate revenue potential from their existing content.
It means systematically reviewing and repackaging your existing content into multiple formats (social posts, graphics, videos, audio memes, quotes) and revenue streams without creating entirely new material, turning your body of work into a cash machine.
Our reviewer’s read on each dimension, with quotes from the episode.
The episode is almost entirely personal life updates (daughter going to college, family diet changes, dancing) and vague promotional teasing for future programs. Actionable insights for a B2B operator are essentially nonexistent; the closest the host gets to business advice is recycled platitudes about content repurposing.
we help you to turn your awesome content not only into enough social posts that you can schedule out for the next week, the next month, the next quarter
the way to success is to hustle. It's definitely not true. It is a complete myth.
Every claim is a well-worn cliché of the online coaching space: hustle culture is bad, repurpose your content, lean into ease and flow, listen to your internal guidance. There is no contrarian argument, no first-principles reasoning, and no idea that hasn't circulated widely for years.
leaning into the ease and the flow and the joy and the simplicity that is available to us
there is no one size fits all business model or business application
This is a solo episode with no guests. The host's stated credentials are running a performing arts school for 17 years and discovering 'human design,' neither of which is relevant to B2B operators seeking practitioner expertise at scale.
I am the hostess here inside the arena of awesome
I ran a brick and mortar performing art School for 17 years
There are virtually no concrete numbers, named companies, metrics, or case studies. The lone semi-specific reference is joining Kate Northrup's Origin Community; all business claims about 'turning content into cash' are completely unsubstantiated and devoid of examples.
Earlier this year I joined joined Kate Northrup's Origin Community
I'm going to do a three day experience leading into the launch of this new, I think six months to a year program
This is an unstructured solo ramble with extensive personal tangents, repeated self-promotion, and no meaningful structure or craft. There are no questions posed, no tension created, and the episode drifts freely between a daughter's college enrollment, plant-based cooking, and vague product teasers.
I postponed going live at 10:10 this morning to 10:30 because I just felt really compelled or felt the need to move my body
Daphne and I are actually going to take a whole foods plant based cooking class

Join me on this journey of discovering the real me and hear stories from other business owners building businesses around all of their awesomeness. I'm Yong Pratt and it's time, my friend, to amplify your awesome. Hey everyone. Welcome back to to the Amplify youy Awesome podcast. This is officially the final episode of season number five and while I didn't set out to end season five in this month or in this way, it is coming to its close. Mostly because I have a lot of projects in the works that I'm going to share with you in today's episode and I'm at a strange point in my life as and I'll also share the story today of why I am feeling a little bit out of sorts. If we haven't met yet, my name is Yong Pratt. I am the hostess here inside the arena of awesome and I'm the host of the Amplify youy Awesome podcast. Here at Amplify. You're Awesome. We love to help coaches and course creators and really transformation makers amplify their message by really mining for the gold that is in their content. What does that mean? That means we help you to turn your awesome content not only into enough social posts that you can schedule out for the next week, the next month, the next quarter, even for the year if you like, and also and more importantly, turn the content you've already created into a veritable gold mine that you can literally open up the vault at any time and turn it into cash for you and your business and your family. So there's what's happening here at Amplify. You're awesome so far. So let me start with, uh, sharing this quote or from the song lately I've been listening, or the lyrics to a lot of songs have been popping into my head at random times lately. And I think because I'm coming to the close of one season in my life. Two weeks ago now, we set off to take our oldest daughter to college and move her into her dorm. She's now officially done her first, I guess they call it Nevada Fit Week at unr. And it basically was a week to simulate finals week. So there was a lot of small group work. They were on campus the entire day. They were working in a small group. They so that they could sort of emulate what it's going to be like for them during finals week. So for my oldest, since she already has her associate's degree, she kind of is familiar with the pressures and the demands of what college looks like. But going from a community college to a university has definitely been a big change for her. And now that she's gone, I talk to her every day on the phone at least twice, if not multiple times per day. We also FaceTime and we also text all day long so that I can kind of keep track of her whereabouts. But because she's out of the house now and I have one daughter, Daphne, who's my youngest, home, with me, things are just feeling a bit askew. Uh, I haven't found my balance yet of being the parent and the business owner who has one child at college out of the house and one child at home. And Daphne this year has chosen to do a hybrid of public school for a couple classes and homeschool for the rest. And then, of course, we supplement all of her electives here at the house as well. So it's going to be a fun new challenge. Lots of new demands on me as a parent. Lots of opportunities to share with all of you how we are balancing the traditional school, the homeschool, and the electives like graphic design that I'm doing with her. It's been a really fun experiment this past year to see how that's going to work. And as we lean more into this brand new school year, there's a lot more coming your way as far as sharing more behind the scenes with you about what that looks like. So if you are someone who has kids in their home with you, or if you're someone who knows kids that are maybe homeschooled for various reasons and you're interested in bringing them into your business to, to give them an opportunity to express themselves in a way that makes sense for them through things in your business like graphic design. Definitely stay tuned for that because yesterday was really fun for for me to watch as Daphne created a logo for our homeschool program. Yes, it is just her in the homeschool. However, she was so excited to create this logo so that we could print off her transcript and take it to the school so that she could go back to school and be in the public school arena officially again. She was so excited to do it to create this logo and it's been something. We've been working together on this graphic design bit for a number of years, since she was 11. In fact, she's now 15. So that kind of gives you a frame of reference as to how long she has been doing stuff with me for me and for other entrepreneurs in their businesses to help ease some of the the to do list overwhelm that sometimes happens when you are a solopreneur or you're starting just to build your team looking for that first virtual assistant. So I'm going to be sharing a lot more behind the scenes with that as well. And then as far as other things that I'm working on and why it's important to you, here's what we're doing in our household anyway. We're putting a bigger emphasis on our health and really taking charge of what we're eating and how we're moving our bodies. And in fact, this morning I postponed going live at 10:10 this morning to 10:30 because I just felt really compelled or felt the need to move my body. I turned some music on and I just wanted to dance. And for those of you who don't know this about me, I'm a former professional dancer. I ran a brick and mortar performing art School for 17 years and I've been neglecting that, ah, part of myself just because it didn't feel right. But today it really, really felt on point for me to move my body and listen to some music that was inspiring to me to help me really tap into my feelings. I had a, a good cry with one of the songs this morning because it just touched so many emotional points that I've been kind of neglecting as of late. So it felt really good to have that release of the emotions move my body, get some of those toxins out of my body. So that's something I'm going to be sharing back behind the scenes with you as well. And then Daphne and I are actually going to take a whole foods plant based cooking class and she's going to be able to get her certification so that we can use it as her, her home EC elective so that she can actually have a certification saying that she knows the procedures and how to prepare whole food plant based diets. Now that my oldest is gone as uh, she has a number of food allergies. So going plant based was difficult because a lot of ingredients that are recommended or used in a plant based diet. She has allergies to things like nuts and whole wheat and uh, you know, a lot of these things we want to incorporate. She's, she really has an allergy to, I mean pretty severe allergies where she, you know, is near anaphylaxis. So it's really been a scary proposition. Now that she is on her own, cooking her own meals, taking care of herself, Daphne and my husband and I are now free to incorporate some of these foods we haven't brought into the house for a long time that we've been really wanting to explore. So we're doing that together as well. So look for that as we lean into season six, which is coming in quarter number four. I don't have an exact date for you yet. However, I'm thinking probably early to mid October is when you can expect to that don't hold me to that yet because plans, even the best lay plans tend to change. Am I right? So that is sort of what we're doing. We're leaning into health, we're leaning into moving our bodies in different ways. We're really leaning into being outdoors and in nature before the snow starts to fall. It already actually feels like autumn here in the mornings. It's very, very cool in the morning and it gets warm in the afternoon. And typical weather for the high desert. Although it's come about a month earlier than normal, we don't usually tend to see a reduction in temperatures until, you know, September ish, mid to late September. But summer came really, really early, really hot, really fast. So I guess it's just part of the course for this year that this new weather pattern we're noticing and the change of the seasons that we're feeling, I'm feeling it in all sorts of different ways. So that's what we're doing as far as the health of our family, the health of each of us individually. We're really focusing on getting back in touch with ourselves, doing a lot of independent work and really experiencing this new season really intentionally because I feel like in A lot of ways I've been on autopilot for the summer because it was our last summer with our daughter at home full time, at least as far as we know now. I really wanted to spend more time with her. So I pulled back a lot from work and actually took two weeks off to hang out with her. And all I really had running in the background were my podcast episodes that were scheduled, the last of which aired yesterday of my guest interviews. Definitely check that out. Episode 354 with Savannah Schiavo. We talked about how to really grow into your confidence and get rid of the overwhelm we often feel. Definitely a good episode. Listen to that. And of course the episode before by Judy Sway. There are so many great interviews from this, uh, season. Uh, and what you can expect from me as far as sharing more on social. I'm going to be leaning more into sharing the really juicy nuggets from these interviews because they are so good. You're going to see me use these in lots of different ways. From YouTube videos to YouTube shorties, to audio memes on social media, to quotes to big takeaways. We always create a ton of graphics that our guests can use because we love making our guests look really good on the podcast, sound really good, and we really want to honor them for taking the time to share their knowledge and their awesomeness with us. We always want to put them in the spotlight and show them off in the best of ways and we always create these beautiful graphics. However, I have to be honest that I haven't been sharing them as I really intended to when we set out to create them. So look for more goodness from, uh, the podcast, from guests, and from solo episodes as well in your news feeds. If you are joining me here live, let me know you are here. If you are listening on the podcast, come on over to Today's show notes@yangpratt.com 355 and let me know what you've liked the most about season five, what you want to know more of, what you want me to lean into, what you want me to unpack. As far as content, gold mining, content, repurposing, really leveraging your content to the highest extent because you're already working so hard to create your awesome content and I want to show you easy ways. And yes, easy. I love the word easy because it sounds counterproductive to having a successful business, right? However, in those moments in my business personally, when I let myself ease into things and allow myself to make things simple and do things that feel good, to me, that really has helped me to create more impactful and more meaningful content. And especially now when I'm in a season of sort of unrest, I haven't really found my new groove into being the mom again of one college student and one kid at home. Feels very different. There's some pivots coming in the business. We have a really big exciting program that, well, I guess I should say experience. It's not like a program that I've ever experienced myself. It's something that I have wanted for myself, sort of a hybrid mastermind course and then massive amounts of support. It's something that I have been craving personally myself. The accountability bit. The ability to connect with other people in a meaningful way and to really put my head down and do the work in the energy of other people. Because when I attend co working events, even on Zoom, knowing that there are other people working towards their goals while I work towards my goals, that's been really impactful for me. Earlier this year I joined joined Kate Northrup's Origin Community. I think now it's called Origin Membership. It's all about doing less and experiencing more. And it's something that I've been really leaning into, I would say this past, these past six months in particular, letting go of the Hustle. As much as I want to hustle or feel the need to hustle. Right. And in Savannah's episode, we talk about what hustle really means and you might be surprised. So definitely I'll link that up in today's show notes@yangprat.com 3:55 because it's such a good conversation about Hustle and it's a complete reframe. I was totally astounded by what she shared. And definitely do yourself a favor, take a listen to that. Because as a podcast creator and as an interviewer, I love to connect. I do have to admit though, that even though I do listen back occasionally to my podcast episodes, I'm gonna go back and re listen and I'll and look out for posts from me and stories from me about what I'm loving by going back and listening to podcast episodes. Because it's so easy for me to create these episodes yet never really celebrate them. And each and every one of these podcast episodes that I create with you in mind is really a celebration, a celebration of the awesomeness you have inside of you, the awesomeness that I have inside of me, and the awesomeness my guests bring to share with all of you. It really is just a huge, huge pile of awesomeness stacked on top of each other. And as I go back and re listen and take more notes and share notes, look for that in your stories because I really want to dig into that and really glean the wisdom that I know. So many of you respond back to me saying oh my gosh, this episode was awesome because of this or my guests will say, hey, people are reaching out to me and they're really resonating with certain things on the podcast. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share that in a new way in a new forum. And that's really what I, I want to do by taking this, this little break from the podcast by ending season five with a with a bang. I want to go back and remember all the amazing things I've created and really practice what I preach by mining for the gold in my content. Look for ways that I am turning my content that I've already created into opportunities to serve at higher levels by turning these, this content into cash and in fact leading into my big experience. Your content gold mine, which I've alluded to before, it's going to be my signature experience where we really lean in and we create powerful systems to repurpose your content and especially turn that content into cash. I'm going to do a three day experience leading into the launch of this new, I think six months to a year program. I'm excited to bring this to you as I'm developing it. Again, look for me in stories to share all the details. Hop on my email list. Just head to Today's show. Notes yangpratt.com 355 get on my email list. Grab my content gold mining audio series and maps so that you can unearth the gold in your content and get yourself ready to experience what is truly possible for for you when you lean into your content rather than trying to live up to the hustle that everyone seems to be promoting. Hustle. Hustle. Hustle. The way to success is to hustle. It's definitely not true. It is a complete myth. And while that may work for some, it works only in the short term. What I've gained from personal experience is that we need to create these businesses that are not only impactful to others. Me coming here every week with you on the podcast, it's my way to contribute and impact those around me and help other business owners really lean into the ease and the flow and the joy and the simplicity that is available to us if only we take the time to listen and take time to internalize and think about things rather than always being on the content creation hamster wheel. What if instead we were able to step out, step off of that hamster wheel, take a look around at all of our beautiful content and find lots of ways to share it. Have our schedules, our social schedules packed to the hilt with amazing content that is going to really connect with the right people. And again, leaning into all the ways the content you've already created can be turned into cash. One of the things I've been loving lately is helping my clients look at their content, do sort of a diagnostic, do a, uh, like a prospecting journey where we look at all the different things they have and pick and choose different ways we can put things together and tie them, tie it with a shiny bow and offer it up for sale rather than giving everything away for free all the time. It's been a really eye opening experience for me because as I do this work with my clients, it reminds me to go back and do that work for myself. So again, look for that in stories as I lean into doing new projects and new trainings for you. Leaning into season six launch of the podcast. So let me make sure I go to my notes and I took some notes to make sure I kind of stayed on track with you because I wanted to share the why behind this break. It's because there's a change in the seasons and I'm feeling. And uh, because I'm feeling a little bit out of sorts, I feel like I'm not at a place to give you my very, very best on the podcast. So I want to make sure that I honor that sensation and take the time that I need to regroup and really focus on prioritizing quarter number four. Because there's big things happening quarter number four here at Amplify. You're awesome Season six launches coming up. We have a three day content cash machine experience for you coming up. Leading into the Season 6 launch. There is so much goodness. We have my new live experience, your content gold mine. And how I'm going to be selecting a handful or a small group of entrepreneurs who are wanting to lean into that joy and ease that I talked about before and really leverage their content to its maximum without more effort. That's really key for me. Without more effort to be able to step back and realize what a gift your content truly is and how you can offer that up to the world in lots of different ways and turn your content into cash. That is all coming up in quarter number four. I'm so excited about this. As we lean into this, I. I'm going to Be working on some new trainings for you. Like I shared, we have our three day content Cash Machine Challenge. There may be a book that goes along with that to give you lots of ideas to turn your content into cash. Because why not use that content? Your body of work deserves to be seen by lots of different people in different ways. If we can repackage and reframe the way that we each think about the content we're creating, the content we're putting out into the world, and the content that can bring people closer to us, that's a big deal. That's a huge win. So that's coming up. I have some other projects in the works as well. As I shared on previous podcasts, I have a couple other books sitting in my Google Drive that have been sitting there for a very long time that I want to just polish up and publish. I'm not sure if they're all going to be coming out in quarter number four. However, I'm going to do what I can to make a bigger impact, to share my knowledge and my experience, like my failures especially, and of course the wins to guide other people to make choices in their business and in their life that work for them. Because the biggest thing I've Learned from my 20 plus years as an entrepreneur is that there is no one size fits all business model or business application. We are all unique individuals, we all have different strengths and challenges, we all have things that come easy to us. And if we were all to listen to the internal guidance we have, instead of tuning it out and trying to find something that's going to fit our exact business model and trying to emulate that, what if instead we take the time, we find out what is true for us. We lean into our values, we lean into what's important, we lean into what's easy. We lean into again, the simplicity that business has to offer us, that we often ignore because there's so many things vying for our attention in this big beautiful world. So much on social media, so much coming at us through different forms of media, online and off. It's time to internalize or really prioritize what you have in your heart, what you know in your head are important to share with the world because there absolutely is someone out, uh, there waiting for you to share your message in a bigger way, in, uh, different ways, so that you can meet people where they are and really acknowledge their preferred style of learning and gear our content towards that. So rather than create lots more, we can turn what we have into lots of different forms and I would love to take you through how I've come to learn to do this and, and what that looks like or what it could look like for your business if you head over to Today's show notes yongpratt.com 3:55 Leave me a note right there again. Let me know how I can serve you in this next season of the podcast, how I can serve you as a business owner, how I can help you leverage your content by mining for the literal gold in the content you already have. It is my passion. It is something that I have been loving to share with my clients and I want each of you to know that it's possible for you too. I've spent lots of years trying to follow other people's models and have realized that none of it works for me because I don't have the same lived experiences as these, um, other people. So when you come to work with me, just know that I will share frameworks and elements that have worked for me. You get to try them on for size, pick and choose what works for you and um, we're going to apply it together in your business. We'll talk through all the different ways that you can make your content work for you and how you can literally turn it into your own cash machine that you can turn on and off at any time you want in your business. When you need a cash infusion or whether you're looking to even out the cash flow that is coming into your business every month, it is all ready and waiting for you. With the launch of, um, Season six and with all the new projects I'm working on to Prepare for the 3 day content cash machine experience as well as my bigger program, your Content Goldmine. And it would be my privilege to have you join me inside of that again. If you go to today's show notes, you can leave me a note there. I will reach out personally and let you know what that could look like for you. Okay my friends, I'm going to wrap up episode 355 of the Amplify youy Awesome Podcast, rounding out season number five.
