Episode notes

What happens when your website messaging is clear, your emails are going out, and people are showing interest, but they still aren’t moving forward? In Part 4 of this six-part series, I’m sharing a real client story with Katherine Schultz, founder of the 3D Worldview Survey. When Katherine first reached out, she thought she needed help with her emails that led to someone buying her product. But once we looked at her website messaging, homepage, sales page copy, lead magnet, customer journey, and overall positioning, it became clear that the problem started much earlier. Katherine was communicating clearly, but clear communication and persuasive messaging are not the same thing.
