His interest in health first stemmed from being a 9 year old signed to play football for Manchester United. He was surrounded by the world’s best manager of the time, Sir Alex Ferguson. Being around elite athletes made him want to be the best. He began wondering what he could do to be faster, fitter and sleep better. This led him to his research questions. Will surrounded himself with experts in the fields of performance nutrition and psychology.
