Nick Petch from Deloitte introduces the innovative concept of Skill Sprints. Skill Sprints accelerate skill acquisition by integrating learning experiences with real-world job tasks. Sprints focus on job tasks and seek to build task related skills. This method allows perople to plan and prioritise their learning activities based on their work. It's a personalized, action-based learning experience that encourages immediate application in the flow of work, supported by a network of peers and formal support.
