Joshua Lapidus is a former Web2-er. He helped Lyft to get to their IPO and then he was let go His exit from Lyft convinced him that an organization's success should be shared with employees using incentives and tokenomics. Back in 2020 though, he was ready to take any job as long as it would pay his health insurance. Now, he's helping Opolis build a Web3 HR framework for both Web3 full-timers and off-chain contractors. He's also a steward at SporkDAO who we all have to thank for EthDenver.
