In this episode, Tim is joined by one of the most influential people in the Metaverse , Hrish Lotlikar , to discuss how technology is bringing together our physical and virtual lives. Hirsh is the Co-founder and CEO of SuperWorld , an augmented reality virtual platform that allows users and brands to create, discover and monetize content. Previously, Hrish co-founded Rogue Initiative Studios , a Hollywood film, TV, gaming, and immersive entertainment studio. He is also the founding Managing Partner of Eastlabs , an early-stage VC fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Hrish was also a Senior Business Developer and Global Evangelist at Toptal (backed by Andreessen Horowitz , the Rockfellers & the co-founders of Facebook and Zynga). In 2017, Hrish met with Max Woon in Santa Monica after being fascinated with Pokemon GO and its popularity. They realized that they could design a similar, virtually mapped world that appealed to an even wider audience, one where users could monetise and create their own assets. This idea soon came to be known as SuperWorld.
