Episode notes
In this week's Renewal Conversation, I had the joy of interviewing Jane Kourtis, who is an attorney of 23 years, a faithful leader, mother and grandmother. Her journey in Christ was shaped from childhood as the daughter of a Greek Orthodox priest, where the beauty of hymnology, liturgy, and the five-sense experience of worship formed her spiritual foundation. Her ministry leadership extends, among others (more in the video), to the Philoptochos ministry, where she serves locally and nationally to support those in need and uphold the rich tradition of compassionate service. Her experiences, including moments of burnout, have taught her to approach each responsibility with clarity, rest, and intention rooted in her Christian values, allowing her to continue to prioritize what matters most - faith, family and purposeful work. In this Renewal Conversation, you will hear about: + Her vocational journey, while not linear, was one only God could ordain. + Her experience with burnout. + How she applies the "Big Rocks" system (Steven Covey) to her life and the way it serves her and her family.
