Meet our guest: Gary Davies With over 30 years of experience in specialty materials, Gary Davies is a recognised leader in the industry. He began his journey at Sandvik more than two decades ago — an organisation that spun off Alleima in 2022 — which has since played a pivotal role in advancing materials innovation for medical applications. Gary holds master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, and Business Administration. For nearly a decade, he served as President of Alleima’s medical business unit, and has recently stepped into the role of Vice President of Strategic Business Development – Medical, where he focuses on long-term growth and innovation in one of Alleima’s core strategic areas.
