And sometimes, we’re the ones dominating the conversation, demonstrating what we call “anti-humility” behaviors. These traps are important to recognize because they can lead to harmful assumptions from those around us, like: My input doesn’t matter here My leader doesn’t value what I say or even want to hear it My experience is less important than theirs We’ll shed light on how these behaviors take up too much space in the conversation and share practical ways to step back and create room for others to contribute.
