You can’t lean into a cultural vision if you don’t have one in the first place. - Pre-briefs and debriefs ensure the whole team is aligned on what the must-haves are when interviewing a candidate. - Even recruiters who don’t conduct interviews should be trained in the interview process to fully immerse them in the values they should look for in candidates. - Spend time with the team you’re recruiting for, like sales or finance, to better understand their needs, operations and standard procedures.
