Episode notes

This one got heavy real quick Nuno moved to the US at five years old. Didn't meet his dad until that day. His mom didn't speak English. They ended up sleeping in a small Volkswagen in one of the most dangerous cities in America. His mom cried every night. Years later he swore he'd never become an entrepreneur because he watched his dad fail at business over and over again. So he went corporate. Worked his way up. Bank of America. Capital One. Three hour commute each way. Repaired cell phones in a suit and tie on the side just to make extra cash. Then his wife looked at him and said "I didn't sign up to be a single parent." So he sat on the bed with his six year old son and started crying. Told him "daddy's about to do something crazy and if I fail you I'm sorry." His son looked at him and said "dad I believe in you. It's gonna be okay." That broke him even more. But he jumped. Now he runs four businesses, a coaching company, a marketing agency, a staffing agency, and an Airbnb with three kids and his wife. The thing that drives him every single day? The fear of his family ever sleeping in a car again.
