The episode serves as a motivational guide for those facing similar challenges, reminding them that they have the power to shape their future. Gems Change is inevitable and you will experience some type of change. People that you believe are going to support you are not going to support you. Losing your job isn't a reflection of who you are as a person or how your skill set is. Your purpose doesn't change, it just comes packaged differently. Self-trust is the most important thing. It's okay to have a bunch of different emotions. Your first clients are not going to be friends and family. Change management is also grief management. You can still have the same skills after losing a job.
