Today’s episode has three incredible women who are making an impact in their profession and respective communities. Caroline Sanchez Crozier has been an entrepreneur for the past three decades and leads, LatinX Digital Leaders Now, among several other non-profits. Deb Martinez has been in the nonprofit space for the past 20 years as an executive creating educational opportunities for underrepresented communities, and Cindy Munoz who works for the federal government and making waves on the lack of representation of Latinas in Cybersecurity. I met them all during the Raices CyberCon last year. Our conversations have left me with a lot of optimism that working together we can start making an impact.
