I'm super excited about this opportunity and I'm sure you're asking though, why do we need another podcast on cybersecurity? I know there are a lot of great podcasts that I personally listened to, which dive into the many challenges within cybersecurity. To secure our personal and company sensitive data. But the only scrape the surface of the myriad DEI challenges in our profession. This podcast will be 100% dedicated to the global DEI initiatives. Cybersecurity and best practices. I'll be exploring the intersection of diversity, equity and inclusion. And cybersecurity. I'll chat with DEI thought leaders both in and out of cybersecurity. To get a holistic [00:01:00] perspective on the challenges and highlight wins within the DEI space. First, I want to talk about what I mean, when I say DEI. We'll look at challenges and wins faced by women, people of color, LGBTQ +, and neurodivergent. Now, if we are to believe we have a massive skill shortage gap within cybersecurity, which stands at 3.4 million unfilled global positions.
