Cisco recently announced they were going to train 84,000 of their employees to become Linkedin influencers and create content on Linkedin. Employee advocacy at its finest. There are innumerable, ripple effect benefits for the employer and employee when employees build their own personal brands. But how do you get started and create a culture of employee advocacy, get over imposture syndrome and build your company's brand and your personal brand?
