Clara is a Staff UX Researcher at Google, where she manages a team of UX researchers, and leads company-wide strategic research projects . She also works on the Material Design team and has previously worked as a Senior UX Researcher on design tools and systems. Before joining Google, Clara was a UX Designer at Bonsai, an artificial intelligence platform startup , where she designed workflows and facilitated a range of research projects. In 2014, Clara founded the Boston Chapter of Ladies that UX, an international organisation that connects women in the field of user experience βοΈ.
