Through Spoke & Wheel, Alla provides culture consulting and leadership development expertise to companies like Docusign, Uber, Salesforce, Target and Zendesk; helping them to create work environments where people can think, collaborate, and innovate. Alla is also a Principal of Design Operations at Harmonic Design and before starting Spoke & Wheel, she worked in executive leadership development and learning and development at Salesforce, in the Bay Area.
