Episode notes
Send us Fan Mail Can you champion AI and protect your people? What does responsible AI leadership look like? How do executives lead AI adoption with integrity? What is honest AI advocacy for CEOs? How do you be pro-AI and pro-human? This is the series finale of The Human Cost of AI. And it's my positioning statement. My manifesto. My line in the sand. Because after 4 episodes on entry-level extinction, succession crises, and difficult conversations, some people are going to say: "So you're anti-AI?" And I want to be crystal clear: No. I'm not anti-AI. I'm an AI advocate. I use AI every day. I teach executives how to adopt it strategically. I believe in its power to amplify human capability and transform organizations. But I walk into AI with open eyes. And "open eyes" means I'm not going to pretend the transformation is painless. I'm not going to act like description expansion for senior roles doesn't mean description elimination for entry roles. I'm not going to ignore that youth unemployment is 2.5X higher than overall unemployment because AI eliminated the jobs that taught people how to work.
